On the ground floor of the building, there is the four-room apartment with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and large outdoor space with equipped wall and covered outdoor shower, double internal parking space and veranda.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort: (iron and ironing board, washing machine, microwave etc.). Consumption of water and gas included in the price. For the months of July and August, a pass for a car for the ZTL is also included in the price.

The best host ever

The property was owesome as the hosts. The patio is really amazing and outside hot shower in the patio was a cherry on the cake!

tutto come previsto ed annunciato dalle foto e dai contatti col proprietario...appartamento spazioso con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni il tutto climatizzato...enorme cortile recintato dove poter mettere l'auto senza dover lasciarla in strada...comodissima la doccia esterna ed i due lavatoi...ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo...

Casa ottima in un posto stupendo

Ho alloggiato in questa abitazione dal 25 Luglio al 1 Agosto insieme ad altri 7 amici (prima vacanza senza genitori) e ci siamo trovati non bene di più, nella casa non mancava nulla compresi i condizionatori che con questa afa ci hanno veramente salvato la vita. Ma la cosa mi bella della casa è di sicuro è il signor. Raffaele, una persona squisita, di una gentilezza ed educazione sorprendente; ci ha dato utili informazioni su Gallipoli e Baia Verde e si è sempre offerto disponibile nell'accompagnarci a Gallipoli per le nostre esigenze. Per questo metto 5 stelle e consiglio vivamente di trascorrere le vacanze in questa splendida dimora. Colgo nuovamente l'occasione per ringraziare il signor. Raffaele.

Ottima soluzione

Sono appena tornato e già mi manca, proprietari gentili e nella casa non manca niente dovete solo portare i vestiti. Ampio spazio esterno ci stava la macchina e restava tanto spazio per il mio cane (un labrador). Spiaggia a due passi (lidi e libera). Settimana dal 4 all'11 luglio (afa in tutta Italia io non me ne sono accorto).Ci tornerò sicuramente e per più tempo.
