This lovely, cosy house totally refurbished sits only a few minutes away from the main square. It offers a nice and light sitting room, fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The first floor has a bathroom with shower, 2 connected bedrooms, ideal for parents with small children. This room is open to the stairs leading onto the second floor where room No3 is. This bedroom has very nice views and a double bed. This room shares the bathroom on the 1st floor. Outside, across the path, there is a great porch area, perfect to enjoy nice meals, both during the day or at night. The good size terrace and the garden with the refreshing pool invite to spend hours outside. There is also a laundry room and a full bathroom with shower.

Sóller has implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the town center. To access the area by car, a municipal authorization is required, unless the vehicle is zero-emission.
The authorization allows circulation only (for example, to unload luggage), but it does NOT permit parking in the town center.
The authorization can be requested up to a maximum of 72 hours after entering the zone.
For parking, the Town Hall has provided public parking areas on the outskirts of the municipality, located approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the center.
