Beautiful newly built villa, built with quality materials and elegant finishes. The Casetta Sicilian Cottage is equipped with modern comforts such as: air conditioning, wi-fi, patio, garden and much more. Immersed in a private garden facing south, it enjoys a beautiful view of nearby Pozzallo and its splendid sea; complete the structure the comfortable and private swimming pool which is shared with another apartment, a tennis court with rackets and balls available for free. The position makes it an ideal destination for excursions in the Sicilian Baroque of the famous Val di Noto; it is located in the center between the cities of Modica, Pozzallo and Ispica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla are just 25 minutes, Noto is 45 minutes. The beaches of Pozzallo, Santa Maria del Focallo, Marina di Modica and Sampieri can be reached in 10/15 minutes by car.
