Pool, sauna, Sicilian style

Villa only 4 km away from Scicli (a Unesco heritage site) and the beautiful beach of Sampieri, one of the most famous locations in the TV series Il Commissario Montalbano. The villa has a breathtaking view and is immersed in a typical Sicilian garden. Outside you can find many enchanting corners among the lemon trees, the vineyard, and other Mediterranean plants. The house is completely made of the typical white limestone of this area of Sicily. The villa extends over two levels. On the first is a fully equipped kitchen (with a pizza oven), a dining room, a large living room, a bathroom, and a large suite with a double bed and 1 single bed. The upper level has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a wonderful terrace from which to enjoy the sea view. The house has a charming and elegant décor. The pool area features a large sunbathing area and a sauna.

Check-in is permitted until 22.00 h. After this time a sum of € 30 in cash is required to be paid on arrival.
