Located on a slight hill (350 masl), near the Valle d'Itria and the beaches of Monopoli-Capitolo, between the Municipalities of Castellana Grotte, Alberobello and Monopoli, Trullimara is equipped with independent parking for two cars, autonomous services, hot water even at exterior, electric driveway gate with remote control, manual pedestrian gate, intercom.

Outside, in a space of about 1500 square meters, there is a large stone and wood gazebo with a large iron and solid wood table and wooden chairs, the stone staircase to access the terrace (from which you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding countryside), stone shower (with hot water), stone worktop, with washing machine, barbecue and sink (with hot water), an area equipped for hanging laundry, relaxation areas with
