Moden and spacious 2 bedroom house with large communal pool which is right on your door step, where you will find sun beds and parasols for your comfort. The house has all you will need for a great holiday, fully equipped kitchen and towels and bedding supplied.
The location is perfect with all amenities within walking distance.
The house has air conditioning and fly screens through out and a large terrace for out door eating with a gas BBQ. There is also Wi Fi and Uk Tv.

Fabulous

We had a wonderful holiday here. So relaxing. Really quiet spot but just a short stroll up to the village where the restaurants and bars are. The beach is as lovely as I remember it from 12 years ago. We will definitely be back!

I stayed as a solo traveller. The accomodation is very peaceful and relaxing. I had the pool pretty much to myself, although all of the neighbours I met were very welcoming and friendly. There's everything you need for self catering at home, but some very nice places to eat within walking distance. The supermarket and butchers shop is very local and you can get all the suplies you need. A little gem of a place to stay. Thank you to the owners for allowing me the privilege, you have a lovely place

Nice House

Nice house with shared pool, good location, near to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes. We had a nice relaxing week there, house had everything we needed. Air conditioning is a bit of a pain as it’s on a maximum timer of 2 hours, but I guess this is to stop it being left on when you go out all day.

Lovely apartment

Fabulous apartment very clean and very quiet, pool directly outside patio doors....which we had almost sole use of! Complimentary water and Ice on arrival and a well sticked kitchen Small supermarket 3 minutes walk and large Supermarket 5 minutes walk away! Although you ca walking into polis old town in about 15 minutes id recommend a car to explore amazing beach front restaurants and veaches of Latchi and the nearest Sandy bea h is Coral bay whiis a good 30 minutes drive away! Id highly recommended this villa.
