The villa was a very nice place for a break

The villa was a very nice place for a break. The pool was enormous and very enjoyable to swim in and relax by. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. Just one thing to be aware of is that maintenance staff will occasionally tend to the garden and pool whilst you are there. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Ideal place to stay. Fantastic sea views. Walking distance to the harbor with restaurants and a supermarket. Spacious villa with three bedrooms, each with its own toilet and bathroom. Large swimming pool. The dishwasher and washing machine are very convenient.

Lovely and spacious with everything we needed. Outdoor space was amazing- huge pool and great BBQ area. Loved that we were such a quiet location but easy walk to beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Highly recommend

Family holiday

On arrival we let ourselves into a very clean villa. The rooms were spacious and all with an en suite. The kitchen is well appointed and has all you need for the week. As a family of six we had plenty of room in the villa. The pool area is superb. Huge pool with sunloungers and parasols and a bbq area which we used.beautiful views from the villa down towards the coast and equally up to the mountains. Lovely stroll down towards Latchi where there were plenty of restaurants to choose from and a beautiful marina to watch the boats whilst you enjoy your morning coffee. We would book again.

Finiki - Great location

Property as described - superb environment to relax and chill. Location is great, as just up the hill from Latsi and all its restaurants and facilities. Pool liner a disappointment as makes the pool feel dirty.

Dear Katernia, Hello from Eos. Thank you very much for taking the time to write your thoughts about your recent stay at one of our properties. I carefully read what you have noted and - finally - I am greatly troubled by finding out a false report and a bad disposition. Specifically: 1.- It is a common practice and applies worldwide in summer tourist properties for the pool lights to go off after midnight (and only the access - safety lights to stay on), since - based on the applicable laws and regulations - the use of the pool is prohibited ( in the specific properties) after sunset. The strict obligation of this regulation becomes more imperative these days, given the utmost need to save energy and protect the environment. Obviously, this is out of your knowledge range or on purpose ignored! 2.- It is true that during the specific period water was cut off by the community after 17:00 hrs (for reasons that you should have known as local) and therefore the specific facilities did not work, given that - as secondary uses - they were not connected, like the rest of the property, to the safety water tank provided. 3. Yes, as is clearly stated in our adverts, air conditioning in the living room and dining room areas is charged extra, but - to you specifically - I personally gave it for free, after our telephone conversation. 4.- Before you even booked and paid for the property, you knew the check-in and check-out times. If this arrangement didn't meet your needs then why did you book it? 5.- In the specific complex (there are 5 villas) there is a permanent maintenance and cleaning team, which also covers the pools, not 3 times a week (as usual) but on a daily basis, and the proof of this is the fact that we have never received any complaints in this regard. If - exceptionally - this happened at some point during your stay, then why didn't you ask the staff to clean it or contact us so that we could deal with it? Summarizing the above, it is more than obvious to anyone that the sole purpose of your false comments was to insult the owners and degrade the specific property and our cooperation which at no point can be acceptable. I will not continue with any further comments about this, but I will emphasize saying that: honestly... I'm really sorry! With best regards The Eos TEam

Great villa in an ideal location

We were very happy with the villa and the location, it was ideal for the quiet break we had planned. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The only 2 slightly negative points were: 1. the pool cleaning timing could be better as on two occasions during our 10 day holiday the pool cleaner came midday meaning we weren’t able to use the pool for over an hour each time at the peak time of the day. 2. There was no A/C available in the main part of the villa and when we enquired we were told that was chargeable which wasn’t clear on the advertisement.

Nice big swimming pool in a big garden. The hosts (Kopana and her nephew) were brilliant, trying to help out as much as they could, bringing fruits and vegs from the garden most mornings or cleaning the BBQ . their assistance was greatly appreciated

Lovely sunny holiday with huge pool to laze around or come back to after days out

Setting and location fabulous, 15 mins walk from Latchi beach and with sea views from many points on the vast grounds. Fruit trees growing everywhere in the mature and well looked after gardens.. Massive pool spotlessly clean, whole property spotlessly clean! The caretakers brought fruit from the garden and told us to pick whatever we fancied. Kitchen had every tool and gadget.

Amazing villa, beautiful views, would definitely return.

Location is a little off the beaten track but not a problem if you hire a car, great driveway and plenty of parking space. Only a 10 min uphill walk from Latchi beach front which is not a problem during the day but a dark walk along the road at night. Can't really fault the villa, immaculately clean, pool cleaned very early every morning and staff very attentive but at the same time never intrusive. Amazing large pool which was well used and enjoyed - maybe needs less chlorine though - we had to remove the "chlorine duck" when it started turning all our swimwear yellow. Amazing stay, beautiful gardens, so much fruit growing in the gardens and along the road outside the villa. We picked fresh avocados for breakfast, pomegranates for our evening BBQ's, limes from the garden for marinades and drinks!! Great WIFI.

The views and the gardens were outstanding and the villa inside was truly amazing.

On arrival the outside road doesn't do the villa justice but on getting into the property we were absolutely gobsmacked! The views and the gardens were outstanding and the villa inside was truly amazing. The gardens and the cleanliness of the villa is all down to the lovely housekeeper and her nephew who kept us supplied with fruit etc for the 2 weeks we were there top marks to the 2 of them for their efforts in keeping us comfortable.

Beautiful villa with amazing outside space pool

We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa. The outside space really does live up to the photos. The villa was simply furnished , immaculately clean and built to feel cool even on the hottest of days. The kitchen was well equipped and all appliances worked very well. A lovely feature of this property was all of the fruit available growing in the grounds. The local village was an easy 15 minute walk away with restaurants, shops beach. Another added bonus was the lovely cleaning/housekeeping/gardening couple so that we felt very well looked after.

What a fantastic place!

What a fantastic place! The house was very large, very clean and very comfortable. The pool area was an added bonus with a barbecue, bar and very large swimming pool. The setting is beautiful, set amongst orange, pomegranate, pomelo and avocado trees. The owner kept leaving little gifts of freshly picked fruit! The communication from EOS travel was excellent and all questions were answered immediately. I would highly recommend!

Great villa for family

Simply, I had great holiday this summer. Very spacious swimming pool best for children, enjoying breeze under lovely grape trees, nice cleaners and immediate help from owner for unexpected inconvenience. Location just a couple of minutes to the beach and shops by car, 10 minutes to big supermarket in Polis to settle self-catering. Everything was good enough to me. Will knock next time again.

Amazing property with a great pool and beautiful gardens providing shade and fresh fruit. Close to Latchi with good restaurants right on the beach. Two weeks was not enough - be back for sure!
