This recently new property offers high quality accommodation throughout with a Visit England 4* rating. The apartment is situated on the ground floor with a large south facing double aspect lounge, 2 patio doors allow access to the 70ft wrap around balcony. The apartment benefits from views to Poole inner harbour and the Purbeck hills beyond, on a clear day you can see Corfe castle.

It sleeps 4 comfortably with 1 king size bed and 2 single beds. There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a large walk in wardrobe. The apartment has everything you would need for a comfortable holiday including WiFi, Samsung 40" Smart TV , Sony Blu_Ray/DVD/CD player, washing machine/dryer, Bosch dishwasher, microwave oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
We have 2 allocated parking spaces in the secure underground car park. Access is via remote key fob which we will provide for your stay.

Our prices are fully inclusive and include all bed linen/bath towels and weekly/final cleaning, free use of internet WiFi use and local phone calls.
We have direct access to local Hamworthy beach via footbridge.

Beautiful apartment

We would highly recommend staying at the apartment. It was very clean and had everything you needed. The underground car park was a real bonus as it was on the same level as the apartment, as was the welcome hamper, plus the bed was really comfortable. We loved the apartment so much that we will be returning.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was tucked away at the end of the block, with views out to sea, a sun-filled balcony, and ideally situated for morning strolls along Poole Quay and afternoons relaxing with an ice cream in Hamworthy Park. It was lovely to hear the children playing and seemingly enjoying the new term in the nearby school!

Lovely property, next door to Hamworthy Park and short walk into Poole. Welcome pack was a nice touch. Owner responded very quickly when we couldn't open the patio doors due to us not being familiar with the door type. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed 7 nights at the beginning of October. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the check-in process was easy with very clear instructions. My wife has mobility issues and we were able to use the parking and facilities in the apartment with a wheelchair. Hamworthy Park and Poole Quay are both within easy reach. We also enjoyed trips further afield to Bournemouth, Isle of Purbeck and the Isle of Wight which are all possible as day trips. We recommend staying here.

Great short break

My sister and I took my Mum away for a few days and chose this property due to the good location and also the fact it is on the ground floor and has good wheelchair access and it did not disappoint. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. We had a problem on the first day with one of the bathrooms but contacted Chris who got it sorted within a few hours. We had good weather and managed to visit a number of places in and around Poole. All in all a really good holiday was had by all.

The apartment was perfect for my husband and me during our week’s stay visiting nearby family. Access to the flat was initially complicated because 4 different keypads were involved. A lovely and much appreciated hamper was left by our hosts.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed exploring the area, just a short walk to Hamworthy Park and beach. Lots of places to visit in the surrounding area, Corfe Castle, Compton Acres, Sanbanks etc. The basket of Goodies was much appreciated. Would recommend for a small family.
