Property is tolerable neighborhood is tolerable. Can walk to restaurants and shopping, a bit of a hike. Property management and hospitality is horrible. 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher tablet, not a grain of salt ,ice cube or ice cube tray. No water the place was devoid of most everything. Were 3 days late checking in, our problem, Charged us for off hours check in and some tax I didn't understand, other location in Portugal had no such charges. Wanted cash only and immediately, didn't have Euros but went to get some to placate this annoying person. Staircase is quite dangerous would not recommend children in the upstairs bedroom. Did not refund our security deposit due to damages we did not do. Very annoying stay. Spent 5 days in Alfufeira at another VRBO and had a wonderful time.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was exactly as it looked in the pictures. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It was great having two bathrooms. However the two balconies were useless as they were surrounded by high walls and didn’t have any furniture on which to sit. To get to the real centre of Porto was more like 15/20 minutes than the 10 suggested. We used the main train station, San Bento (which was also the centre of the historical and tourist part of the city), a lot but it took us four metro stops to get there, including a change of line at Trindade. Porto is a lovely city and we really enjoyed our stay. If you have time go to Aveiro and Guimaraes which ate well worth a visit.

Spotless and a bit noisy

Beautiful Apartment with great amenities located in a good location. Just a few minor issues that I hope will be resolved. There is too much light coming into the bedroom as there are no curtains just blinds. It would have been nice to have a shelf for soap, etc in the shower. The apartment is on a busy road
