80 - Apartamento Buddha Beach

65 m² apartment, very bright and spacious to make you feel at home



The property is located 20 meters from the sandy beach of Playa de los Lances. The house is located in a quiet family area by the sea, in front of Café del Mar Playa and Surla Café.



The location is excellent, because along the promenade you can reach the Old Town in 10 minutes on foot and it doesn't have the typical summer stress.



It has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. One 150 cm and the other 135 cm. A bathroom with a shower tray with a screen, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and small appliances such as a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer and iron.



It has 2 terraces, on one there is a dining table with 4 chairs and a space for washing machine and electric water heater. From this terrace we can see a piece of beach and see if there are waves or the wind is good for kiting or windsurfing. On the back terrace, which is very large, we have a chill-out area with a barbecue.



The apartment has an outdoor parking space in a private area from where there is direct access to the apartment.

De las mejores playas que he visto

Lo que más nos ha gustado es la ubicación y el poder disfrutar de unas vacaciones con nuestros peludos. Hemos estado una semana en julio y hemos venido acribillados por los mosquitos, no se morían con nuestro spray de mosquitos. Para mejorar yo pondría mosquiteras .

El apartamento es estupendo. Estas muy tranquilo, no hay ruidos y lo más destacable fue la cama. Muy confortable, sobre todo las almohadas. Un punto extra, muy reseñable, es que tiene barbacoa dis terrazas. Las dos estupendas. Muy cercano a la playa, es un puntazo a valorar. Ahhh, y unas toallas extraordinarias. Sin duda repetiremos. Por poner un pero, seria que el caliente, si que salía muy caliente, pero el chorro muy flojito Por pedir, que sea mas barato
