Detached house, recently renovated, on the Provincial Road in Colle Grande, a short distance from the historic center of Roccascalegna, with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and hills. Its sunny position ensures a pleasant breeze on hot summer days. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, a TV corner, a large table and a walk. Upstairs, with access via an internal staircase, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom. Wi-fi and heating are included.

Loved this house. So quaint and quiet. A real gem for a relaxing haven in the countryside of Abruzzo. Lovely view of the Maiella National park. Great outdoor space. Perfectly equipped for a long stay and Andrea is lovely. Cannot fault it.

The house was very clean and tidy, easy to find and to access by car, with a handy petrol station nearby. The bedrooms and sofas were very comfortable, we enjoyed the fantastic views over the mountains. The house was also very quiet despite the location by a main road. The host was very welcoming and easy to reach, all of which made a very enjoyable time in Italy.

Quando scelgo una sistemazione per le mie vacanze mi piace sia pulita, confortevole e possibilmente nuova o rinnovata. Ho ereditato una meravigliosa casa in campagna, ristrutturata con molta cura di recente, nelle vicinanze di un piccolo Borgo Medievale in Abruzzo. Pace, serenità e comodità sono il mio motto.

Casa individuale recentemente ristrutturata, sulla strada Provinciale, in località Colle Grande a 1 km dal centro storico di Roccascalegna con meraviglioso panorama sulla Majella, in posizione soleggiata con ampio cortile e zona barbecue all'aperto. Ottimo punto di partenza per le ampie spiagge attrezzate o libere di Fossacesia che non sono mai affollate (anche durante l'alta stagione) distante 20 minuti in macchina. Cucina abitabile completamente arredata con stoviglie e pentole a disposizione.
Ampio cortile recintato a disposizione degli ospiti e zona giardino con angolo barbecue sul retro con vista panoramica sulle montagne.

La casa è particolarmente adatta ad un soggiorno in completa libertà e sicurezza. Nella zona praticamente non si sono registrati casi Covid e la casa non è stata abitata da Natale 2019. Teniamo sempre molto alla pulizia e in particolare in questo momento garantiamo la disinfezione dei locali che verrà effettuata ad ogni nuovo ingresso e forniremo il necessario per la pulizia giornaliera (a vostra cura).
