Located in the financial area of the city, very close to the Congress Palace and to Paseo de La Castellana, this fabulous apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, kitchenware, crockery, pots, cutlery.
The living room, of great size, with a lot of natural light thanks to its large windows.
The bedrooms are equipped with large closets, and one of them with flat screen TV with access to digital content.
On the rooftop of the building you will find a spectacular swimming pool with a very genuine shape, which opens in the summer months. A perfect place to relax on one deck chair while having a drink at the pool bar.
Among the amenities of this fantastic apartment we also find air conditioning and heating, free wifi, bed linen, towels and free toiletries.

The location of the apartment is perfect both to enjoy a vacation or work trip. It is very close to the Santiago Bernabéu football stadium.
