Beautiful 3 bedroom trullo with 2 bathrooms, large pool and hot tub

Trullo Rosa is set on a hillside a few miles south of Alberobello in its own grounds of 2 acres with olive, almond, fig and walnut trees. The beautiful and very large private infinity swimming pool is one of the best in the region.

Outside there is a large stone paved terrace and an original pizza oven built into the side of the trullo, there is also a purpose built barbecue and preparation area with a large gazebo to give protection from the sun, and plenty of outdoor furniture.

Rooms & Facilities
The Pool
A feature of Trullo Rosa is the large kidney shaped swimming pool which is between 1 and 2.4 metres deep and around 72 sq. metres in surface area. The pool is finished with mosaic tiles and natural stone edging. There is a diving board and underwater lighting for midnight swims plus a fabulous 6 person spa for which a £100 per week charge is already included in the weekly price. All bath towels, pool towels are provided and are changed weekly as is bed linen.

The Lounge / Dining Area
The lounge is in the main cone area of the trullo. There is comfortable leather seating with settees and tub chairs for six, fireplace, flat screen TV with Italian satellite, DVD & cd players & ipod docking station. The dining area is set in an alcove off of the lounge with seating for 6. Through the dining area leads you down to the newer part of the trullo where you will find the kitchen, double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a further double bedroom and another shower room.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven & hob and a door leading out to the terrace & pool area. A washing machine is available in the outdoor store.

The Bedrooms (sleeps 6)
There is one twin room in the original part of the Trullo and two double bedrooms, one with en-suite, in the extension. Both have patio doors which lead out to the terrace and pool. A travel cot and high chair are available.

There is an excellent central heating system for the cooler months & hot water on demand. All doors & windows have wrought iron grills & mesh screening to allow the windows to be left open but keep insects out.
