The question no one on the French Riviera about the location of a villa is,
how far from the sea , this property is seafront with panoramic view over Menton and over the Italien Riviera until Bordhigera

What makes this property unique

To live on the southend of the peninsula called Cap Martin without any traffic or pressure trough a lot of peoples, on the others side you reach Monaco a city atmosphere in 5-10 minutes drive. We have a jetty for tenders in front of the villa Oceansound.
