Athens SmArt Stay Apartment is comfortable and recently renovated apartment boasts an excellent location just north of Athens city centre, right next to the Central Railways Station and metro station. It is within a walking distance of the centre and many tourist attractions. The apartment is equipped and suitable for couples, a family with kids, a group of friends, elder people, single travellers for both tourist and business purpose.
The 50 sqm bright and shiny apartment (facing the South) consist of: a bedroom with a king size bed (170 x 210 cm) and access to sunny balcony; living room with 2 pull-off sofa beds (130 x 195 cm); fully equipped kitchen (new modern cooker with oven, toaster, coffee machine, elect. water boiler kettle, fridge, dinning sets, cooking potteries...); dinning place and bathroom. That makes the apartment very comfortable for up to 4 adults and it can also additionally accommodate 2 kids more (on a special request). Highest quality 5* cotton bed linen and towels are provided as well as hair dryer and iron. For the entertainment, we offer you: brand new 32'' LED flat Smart TV with 30 Greek and more than 4000 International Premium and free Cable and Satelite digital channels (MTV, BBC, DW, TV5...) and hundreds of radio digital channels. The TV also has built-in Youtube, Facebook and hundreds of other apps. We also offer Ultra HD Premium Netflix free of charge for our guests.

The apartment is located in a residential area surrounded by many hotels, big supermarkets (Carrefour 100m, Bazaar 50m, SPAR 150m), bakeries (50m), restaurants, bars and taverns (20-100m), sports' playgrounds (10m away), parks and piazzas (20-100m), church (100m), a school is just across the apartment. Family trip

Property was not what we expected. While owner was very responsive and arranged for necessary repairs very quickly I still can't recommend the property to non smokers or families with children. Overwhelming smell of stale cigarette smoke, owner assured me he would have it deep cleaned for next guests but property is supposed to be non smoking already so can't say how much that will help. Just want to be honest for others traveling with children that may be affected like mine were.

My property is in the city centre. Located in the first residential neighbourhood after central commercial zone, which makes it relatively more quiet and peaceful place with the flavour of locals' life-style, but at the same time very near and easily accessible to main central tourist, shopping and business attractions. Metro station is just next to the building with the public bus stop right in front of the apartment makes a fast connection to any part of the city, while Central Railways Station is only 100m away and connects you with other parts of Greece and Balkan Peninsula.
