Modern villa in quiet area near nature and sea. High location with both morning and evening sun. 285 square meters with separate pool and sauna. Year of construction 2010.

Five bedrooms, large living areas with open floor plan on entrance level between kitchen and living room. Large kitchen table with seating for 12 people. Dishwasher, hob, fridge, freezer, micro, ice maker.

Four bedrooms upstairs. One master bedroom with large double bed, three youth rooms with 120 cm wide bed each. Toilet with bath and shower upstairs. Bedroom with large double bed on the entrance floor with attached toilet with shower.

Living room with sofa and TV upstairs. Basement with table tennis and gym.

Only 25 min by bus to central Stockholm and 700 meters to the beach and Stockholm archipelago.
