Probably the best house we have rented for a family holiday.Spacious, nice decor, wonderful garden and very well equipped (great kitchen and BBQ)The property is in the quiet (& up market) neighbourhood of Solsidan. It’s a 5 minute stroll to a lovely little beach and close to Tattby nature reserve which has some beautiful walks. We used public transport to get to Stockholm city centre - c30 minutes but less by car.Carl was a great host and responded to our numerous questions about the local area and the house

Fantastic property and location

We stayed here as a family of four (2 adults & 2 teenagers) for a week in July - although the house could easily have accommodated more. The location was fantastic - a short walk to the little lake beach and jetty (which we used a lot), supermarket a short drive away and easy access into the city centre. We travelled into Stockholm twice by bus during our stay which was efficient and straightforward. The house itself was lovely - spacious and well equipped (great coffee machine!) and a gorgeous garden with everything we needed. Carl was a fantastic host - flexible regarding check-in which we really appreciated and quick to respond on the odd occasion that we messaged him. I would recommend without hesitation.

Ein sehr schönes modernes stilvolles Haus! Es gibt alles, als wenn man dort für immer wohnen könnte: sämtliche Küchenausstattung in vielfacher Anzahl (Teller, Besteck,Gläser,Töpfe,Pfannen usw.) Super geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr viel Platz ,innen sehr sauber.Bäder mit ausreichend Abstellfläche.Platz für 2 Autos auf dem Grundstück.Zum Baden/ Angeln nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß und mit dem Auto nach Stockholm auf stressfreier Strecke ca. 15 Minuten. Die Kontaktaufnahme war super easy, schnell und total unkompliziert. Großer Gartentisch mit Schirm und Heizpilz.Extravagant und sehr zu empfehlen!

Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans une maison spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de soin, très bien équipée et parfaitement propre. Le jardin de la maison est très agréable aussi, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour déjeuner dehors. Carl a toujours été très réactif et disponible quand nous l'avons contacté. Je recommande ce séjour pour des vacances en Suède, avec accès immédiat à la mer et tout prêt de Stockholm.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, unseren Urlaub in einem wundervollen Ferienhaus in Solsidan zu verbringen. Das Haus war geräumig und mit gehobener Ausstattung versehen. Besonders das schnelle WLAN mit Mesh-System sorgte für eine zuverlässige Internetverbindung. Die Sauna im Keller war das Highlight, die wir nach einen aktiven Tagen gerne nutzten. Der große Garten mit den Teakholzgartenmöbeln luden zum entspannen im Freien ein. Zudem bot die schöne Dachterrassen mit Markisen einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Umgebung. In der Nähe gab es das Naturschutzgebiet Dammsjön Erstaviksbadet, ideal zum Wandern. Am Erstavik's Strand konnten wir wunderbar schwimmen. Die gute Verkehrsanbindung ermöglichte Ausflüge nach Stockholm. In der Nähe gab es auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, darunter ein ICA Supermarkt mit Feinkosthandlung. Herr Lehmann war äußerst zu vorkommenden und antwortet immer zügig. Wir würden das Hsus weiterempfehlen.

Es war eine wundervolle Woche in Saltsjöbaden in diesem tollen großen Haus+Garten.wir waren 6 Personen und konnten uns auch mal.gut aus dem weggehen.Perfekt.sehr entspannte Kommunikation mit Carl.Ich konnte ihn jederzeit kontaktieren,er hat immer sehr Zeitnah geantwortet.Jederzeit wieder!!!!

Absolut empfehlenswert

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und tolle Gastgeber:innen. Für Natur- und Wasserliebhaber liegen wunderschöne Ausflugsziele in relativ kurzer fussläufiger Entfernung. Durch die geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Hauses und die technisch gut ausgestattete Küche fühlt man sich sofort heimisch. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein, so dass man Tage auch ohne Ausflüge gut genießen kann. Jederzeit wieder !

Trsumhafte Landschaft in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Stockholm r

Das Haus hat uns alles geboten was wir brauchten. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Sehr ruhige Lage mit großem Grundstück und auch im Haus ausreichend Platz. Sehr großzügig, dass wir auch das Arbeitszimmer mitnutzen konnten. Idesler Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in den Schären oder Stockholm.
