With room for eight guests, this lovely two-level property in Mammoth Lakes, CA, is perfect for families or couples vacationing together. This second-floor property, accessible via an exterior staircase, has lovely forest views, a deck, and flatscreen TVs for your at-home entertainment. You'll also have access to a shared pool, hot tub, and sauna.

Canyon Lodge with its four chairlifts is only half a mile away, and the restaurants, entertainment, and shops at the Village are a mile away via the Orange Line shuttle. This shuttle has a stop conveniently located just 40 yards from your rental.

The living room is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine, or taking in a movie on the large flatscreen TV equipped with cable service and a Blu-ray player. The modern kitchen is just off the dining room, and it has a raised countertop with stools so there's plenty of seating for everyone.

Guests on the main floor have access to a full bathroom, the master bedroom with a king bed and its own bathroom, and a second bedroom with a queen bed. Both of these bedrooms have Blu-ray players and flatscreen TVs. The next level up is the loft, which has a queen bed and two twin beds. Internet service is included, and there are electric wall heaters to keep everyone warm and comfy.

The condo has two parking spots and access to the shared sauna, glass-enclosed hot tub, and recreation room. Lodgers also have access to guest BBQs and the shared pool, which is open during the summer months. The five-mile-long Lakes Basin bike path is just a little over 100 yards away, so this property makes a great year-round home base for skiers, snowboarders, hikers, bikers, and anyone who enjoys natural beauty. Had firewood and everything was pretty comfortable. Only complaint was couch could use some tlc and no spatula, but lack of pots and pans is expected and warned through these booking services nowadays. Outside of those two small things everything else was perfect and id stay again.

Great size for families. Interior needs some renovation but is clean.

After settling in we enjoyed our stay. The wall heater in the living area doesn’t work. The floor heaters worked well. Having 2 bedrooms and a loft gave all the space we needed. I would return there again.

Family and pooch friendly

We (6 adults) stayed for 3 nights. We also had a small dog- I would not recommend a big dog. Very comfortable. Loads of beds and 2 full bathrooms. Master shower was very small but great hot water. Everything met our needs. The young adults enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and pool table- bring quarters to get balls. Oven only had 2 working burners and pots/pans were limited. We brought our own. If oven worked I would have given 5 stars. Would stay here again. Great home base, comfortable with dog, no frills.

we had two nice days in Mammoth. Our Studio was quite practical abd we felt comfortable. The kitchen could have one or two more pots, pans and cups. The carpets sucks every dirty peace. Hopefully it is deep cleaned regularly.

Nice, but big housekeeping fail.

The condo is in a great location and is very spacious. The decor is fine, but the chair in the living room had a hole in it and the upholstery needs to be cleaned. The beds were comfortable, but we encountered an unpleasant surprise when we arrived. The sheets on the bed in the master bedroom had not been changed from the prior guests’ use and there were no spare sheets available. As we had a late arrival, nothing could be done until the morning. The local staff did take care of the issue the next morning. Aside from that, the condo was clean and our family enjoyed our stay.

The property was in poor condition. The blind in the master bedroom was broken. The carpet was filthy. It was for eight but their wasn’t seating for eight. The refrigerator was not clean. Lee Road Mammoth Trip

Overall the place worked fine for our large group but the shower in the master was tiny. Having a full length mirror somewhere near bathrooms is minor but would’ve been nice. The fan in the master bathroom was so loud that it would wake up those sleeping upstairs in the loft. Also, the hot water was gone after 3 quick showers which left the remaining people with cold water. We arrived ahead of schedule to avoid Friday traffic and checked in the office just to see if the place was available. The staff could’ve been nicer upon our early arrival. We finally received a call at 4:07p that our place was ready.

Will not stay here again

Internet never worked. Found hair in sheets and requested they get replaced right away, didn’t get new sheets until the next day. antiquated kitchen appliances and utensils made food prep difficult to impossible. Very uncomfortable beds. Stairs to loft have loose railings and banner making them very unsafe. Worst fall of my ski vacation took place on the stairs in the condo. Would never consider staying here again. Do not recommend, especially if you have small kids.

Not properly cleaned and ill-equipped

The condo is at a very good and nice location, but way outdated, and not well managed. Upon arrival on we noticed that the heating in the master bedroom was not functioning, we tried to call the office but the voicemail was full then emailed. We received an answer only days later. The heater did not get fixed. The entire condo was not cleaned properly, most of the baseboards were dirty, we found trash under the bed in the master bedroom, in the kitchen the cutlery tray was dirty. The wifi in the condo is useless. We booked the condo upon the information that there was wifi and we were planning to use it for work, but ended up failing to do so. The kitchen is not equipped properly for 8 guests. There are not enough cereal/soup bowls, not enough glasses (not counting the plastic cups, but those are not really pleasant to use in this price range), no wine glasses (only one, that was broken, therefore useless and dangerous). Regarding the stove, one of the burners are broken (front left), another one's knob broke while using (top right).

Vacasa has horrific customer service. NEVER stay at one of their properties!!

I recently stayed at one of your properties and was very disappointed. Kudos to your photographer who made the rooms look deceptively larger than their actual size. Several items in the condo did not work. The cable was very spotty, practically unusable. The Blu-ray players also did not work along with the remotes for all the devices. Several attempts were made to receive assistance by calling the number provided. All of the calls were sent to a call center, which provided no help. The customer no service reps said that they would forward all of the requests to the local rep who would return the calls. This never happened. The blinds in the bedroom were broken, the pots and pans were old, there was a screen missing from one of the loft windows (mentioned in a previously mentioned bad review) so the window could not be opened, and finally the upper side rail on the stairway was broken and dangerous. The most egregious problem was being notified 1 day into my stay, that a scheduled 9 hour power outage was going to occur on the final night of my stay. I again attempted to contact the property for reimbursement since no prior notice had been given, and was told that there would be no good customer service given and no reimbursement. Going forward I will not be staying at any of these Vacasa properties and will go out of my way to discourage others from using your company.

Awesome little place

This place was perfect for our family. My dad who cant walk much or well, was able to stay on the same floor as the kitchen making it easy for him to not have to climb stairs just to get a drink. I have two sons that enjoyed the place as well. We all slept comfortably in a bed ( dont like the places that count a sofa as a bed) and we were able to cook our meals and eat with plenty of space. Thank for a great weekend!

Great Family Location

I loved the bed two rooms on the main, with a big loft for the kids on top. This is a great dog friendly location. The Jacuzzi and recreation room were a lot of fun. It is a short drive to everything in Mammoth. The only negative is that the two front burners on the stove need some maintenance. The right back and the oven burner works the best. Maybe an extra small sofa in the living room. Next ski season we might be back. It was great place to vacation.

Nice Condo located in a nice area surrounded with pines, close to Tween lakes and stores. Its a three story building, the condo is on the second floor and is two floors, with a loft on the second floor with three beds. Total of 2 bedrooms, a loft and two bathrooms. Kitchen with everything you need to cook. Pet friendly! Love the sheared jacuzzi tub and play room. I’ll definitely return again.

Great condo near Canyon Lodge

We had a great stay for spring skiing in this roomy condo. There was plenty of space for us, three teenagers, and one child. We appreciated that it’s pet friendly, clean, and lots of space for everyone with the great loft. We also enjoyed the shared hot tub /sauna and game room facilities. Right near the walking path to the village and very close to skiing.
