Beautiful, Luxury, spacious 5 bedroom / with 5 bathrooms. Located in the heart of Albufeira Town on an elevated plot with sea views, private pool and Garden area. Within a short walk to the Old town and the Strip. Forte Sao Joao beach is within a few minutes walk

Villa Set, is a beautiful 5 bedroom villa with private swimming pool, table tennis & located in the heart of Albufeira town, within a few minutes walk to all the amenities you require. Our villas have a full management service where we check you in on arrival and provide assistance when and if required. Please contact us for further information.

We provide maid service when you arrive, towels and linen is provided. We can supply cots at no additional charge.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The living room opens onto the pool via sliding doors, it has modern furniture with 2 x 2 seater sofas and large 1x3 seater sofas which can be opened out as a bed if required. Good size television TV with satellite channels, Housed on a solid wooden TV unit. Air conditioning and wood burning fireplace

The dining area sits between the kitchen and living area and also looks onto the pool area. This can accommodate up to 10 people. Air conditioning

The private terrace can be access at the top of the stairs and provides an excellent area for those who want a quiet area to relax, with good sea views and a cool breeze.

We loved our stay and the location was perfect. There were a few things outdated not like the photos- the pool table for example and then the showers were not great but other than that it was amazing.

Long weekend stay for a bunch of friends!

The villa was good and perfectly located in Albufeira for either old town or the new town(strip) activities. The host was great at communicating before we arrived and even sorted out the slight issue of accessing the property on arrival but after that we had a great time and would highly recommend the villa as an ideal spot for a large group of friends!

Lovely vacation house

Lovely house, prefect to have a wonderful time with friends/family. There is great communication with the owner, he is very helpful with for example finding solutions or giving tips. The villa is nearby the beach, where there are many beach clubs to have a nice lunch or to relax on the beach. I would definitely recommend this house to any of my friends/family.

The property was perfect for our needs, 10/15 min walk from the strip, far enough away for a peaceful nights sleep after a night out. Beach less than a 5 minute walk away. Food establishments less than a 5 minute walk with markets for everyday needs. The party I was away with loved it, loved the location, chilling in the pool. Would recommend.

Villa Sete, Albufeira. Recommended.

As a family of 8 adults and 1 child celebrating a 60th birthday our stay was excellent. The Villa is well located in a quiet cul-de-sac and walking distance to both the Old Town and the Strip, with plenty of local shops nearby for food and water. In advance we ordered a supermarket delivery and that was essential. The Villa is certainly in need of some upgrade to showers, internal doors and decoration but was ideal for what we needed and the pool was excellent along with the patios and sunbed areas. I would suggest that more photos are uploaded as those on the website don't really do it justice. My thanks goes to Jim, the Villa manager who was so responsive on any enquiry throughout our stay.

Villa was exactly as advertised, very safe and secure, perfect outdoor area, very clean, pool was clean, we had a fantastic time as the location was perfect, right inbetween the strip and old town, lovely little restaurant just around the corner, and the beach is a very short walk away. We would definitely stay at this villa again, as communication between villa manager/staff etc was fantastic we felt very looked after, they even sorted transferes out for us, which ran very smoothly, we didn't have to hunt for our transfer they were there ready and waiting as we walked outside of the airport. Thank you for a fantastic stay, we are already thinking about when we can return Xxx

The villa was perfect for 3 nights for a hen party. The beds were comfortable and pool seating area was lovely. However, the let down of the villa is the shower. There are 5 showers in the property however only 2 worked properly and 2 would only work if there was no other running water from taps or showers. The villa sleeps 12 however the outside table only has 7 seats. The property also lists a pool table however, this is no longer present in the villa. Despite these issues we still had a lovely stay and would still recommend staying.

Short Break with friends

We enjoyed our trip but it is important to note that the Villa is tired. Decor, furniture, showers in general internally were not great. Whole place requires updating to new, we were disappointed. Pool table outside is broken and you cannot use it. Raised tiles around pool area again not great and sun beds need updating. We were 5 50+ men and got on with it but families should be aware as would expect better.

Girls Holiday

Overall this villa is in a great location for access to the beach, old and new towns. It has a lovely clean cooling pool, and the villa was very clean and in a super quiet location, with a few local bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Unfortunately this villa is in need of some upgrading, it is very tired in areas, the photos on VRBO do not match the current level of furniture inside or out. Had we been more than 5 people and been 5 couples, there were not enough seats at the outside table, Inside table or living area, there were no umbrellas around the pool as per the pictures, no pool table, rusting security gates, which were difficult to open, hence we never opened the doors from the living room to the pool area. We found the showers very difficult to use in some of the rooms, this was quickly resolved by the Host, however the standard of the showers was very poor. We felt that this villa was not value for money for the week, we have stayed in other villas, at a fraction of the cost, with better facilities. None of the above spoiled our holiday, just disappointing that our expectations were a little dampened.

Bad management

The property didn’t have running water when we reached and the next day after that. With 8 of us, we didn’t have water even to brush our teeth, let alone shower. The pool was dirty and not ready for us to use when we reached. We were there for a weekend and the house was not ready for us. The property had no amenities- soap, bin liners, extra towels or blankets, tea, coffee anything ! We landed and reached the villa past midnight and had no water or soap or the ability to make tea. The living room air con didn’t work and I complained several times to the host who never answered the messages - It was a joke and the serivice was poor. I would never recommend the villa to anyone. The property is nothing like the pictures. The tennis and pool table are run down and the pool is old. We could’ve found a way better property with better service for the same amount of money.

Agréable séjour

Très bon emplacement . Idéalement située à proximité de la plage et des restaurants. Villa propre même si les équipements etaient quelque peu vétustes non représentatifs des photos.(mobilier billard etc ..) Manque de matériel tel qu'un parasol et télécommande de la climatisation . Avons globalement bien apprécié notre séjour.
