Incredible views, beautiful house and property. This was my third time booking this location as a family vacation and will do so again in the future. Very private with a lot of outdoor scenery and hiking locations very close. We also saw a black bear one night which was very cool.
Perfect mountain getaway that offers privacy, lots of amenities and is centrally located to area attractions. Israel and his father are fantastic hosts and were very responsive to any need which arose. We have already booked for next summer!
The Bray Hill House is more than just a destination, it’s an experience. Upon arriving to the home, we were immediately greeted by an expansive view of the Presidential Range. It is truly breath taking and simply can’t be captured with a photo. The landscape was well maintained with a manicured lawn and fresh garden beds. The inside of the home had everything you could need for a mountain retreat. There were notes and instructions throughout the home to set you up for success and guide you on things such as the beautiful Russian fireplace as well as the sauna. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were plush and comfortable. The play station was a nice surprise and my husband and I enjoyed playing games we grew up with with our son. We spent most mornings and evenings out on the deck basking in the symphonies of nature and admiring the peaks and valleys of Presidential Range. Watching the sun crest over the mountain tops softening the ridges and spraying light across the tree tops was a highlight of the trip. But was even more exciting was how clearly we could see the Milky Way. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen the stars so vividly in my life. It felt like such a gift to be staring up into the night sky reflecting on our very own galaxy. The Bray Hill House was truly a trip my family and I will never forget. We can’t thank Israel enough for his hospitality and for opening up his beautiful home for others to enjoy. We can’t wait to return!
This was our fourth straight year staying at the Bray Hill House and every time it is perfect. The property is always immaculate, Israel makes everything easy and there is so much care and attention to detail dedicated to guests. We cannot recommend Bray Hill House enough, you cannot find a better place to enjoy a vacation in the mountains in any season.
Beautiful property perfect for pets and kids. Had everything we needed. Super quiet and remote but close enough to stores if we needed. Can’t wait to come back
We love staying here. It was clean and with all the utensils to prepare food which my wife and my friends wife love it. It’s has very beautiful view from the deck. We really enjoyed staying there.
We had a truly magnificent stay at Bray Hill House. The house was completely stocked and very clean. Our pup as well as our 4 year old absolutely loved it. We will be back!!

Thank you Dawn, it's been a pleasure hosting you all three times! The winter views are very serene and go great with a fire in the fireplace. I'm glad you enjoy them.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bray Hill House. The house is beautiful, the views are stunning, and the thoughtful touches - including a dog bed, well-stocked kitchen, and snowshoes - made for a memorable and relaxing trip. We look forward to returning soon!
Peaceful, relaxing stay in beautiful area of NH. Everything was perfect: kitchen well-stocked, furnishings are comfortable, rooms are spacious, and the views are extraordinary. When we had a questions, owner was very responsive.
We came to celebrate our anniversary and see the foliage. The views from the decks were amazing and the house was impeccable. Every detail of the house is so unique and well thought out -- we spent more time at the house than we'd planned because we enjoyed it so much. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck for sunrise and an almost full moon and stars at night. We enjoyed using the sauna as well. We definitely hope to be back!
We had a wonderful stay at The Bray Hill House. Israel, our host, left us a welcome bottle of wine and treats. The house is spotless and the view is incredible. This was our fourth stay and we hope to come back for a fifth in the future. Thank you for thinking of every detail! The Malioneks - Newburyport, MA.
It's a beautiful house with amazing views. The house was well stocked and the ping pong table in the heated garage was a big hit!

Thank you John! We don't advertise our game room that much but between the darts, ping pong table, snowshoes, sleds and lawn games there is something that most guests can enjoy.
We had a wonderful time. The view of the mountains is stunning. We were close to many wonderful hikes and there was plenty to do even when it rained. Highly recommend.
