Modern Style 3 bed, Large balcony, First Floor apartment
A new style first floor apartment with air conditioning and Wifi for your Internet access, a good size lounge with a 32" flat screen offering Spanish TV & English cable program channels, a DVD player and dining table and chairs. A South/West facing balcony with table and four chairs and overlooking the central gardens. Enjoy an evening meal & drink on it as sun goes down . The kitchen has an electric oven and halogen hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and all amenities. There are two bathrooms both with shower facilities and toilets and one has a full length bath to relax in.
If you are interested in making a booking, please note on arrival an additional 60 euros cash needs to be paid to my key holder, this is to meet you at the property, check you in , to be your point of contact for any issues you may have, to check you out upon leaving, to advise me if the full damage deposit can be returned and to clean and wash all bedding etc after.
