Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all garbage in the cans located in garage and place them OUTSIDE the garage with the lids securely placed. Do not leave any garbage outside of the cans.
Please turn AC down to 72 (thermostat in the den and the guest bedroom located closest to the back of the house)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum stay during July and August is 30 days

My friends and I had a great stay over a long weekend. The host was communicative and accommodating. Location was great - a quick walk to Duryeas and Montauket. I’d stay again and recommend this property!

Great Location!

The house is in my favorite location in Montauk. Walking distance to Duryeas and Montauket (stunning views - we walked daily). The house has plenty of room and the pool and deck are lovely. Host was super accommodating!

The Perfect MTK Getaway

We spent an incredible month in MTK this summer at Joanne’s fabulous home. Joanne was very accommodating, prompt in her responses, and thoughtful. The house was in great condition and was perfect for my family and friends. The location couldn’t have been better - We particularly loved spending time outside on the porch and around the pool. The house is on a secluded street and felt like a private getaway. I would highly recommend this stay and would look forward to returning.
