Beautiful two story bay view condo located in the heart of Avalon!

A new owner has made this well cared for condo just a little bit better by putting a fresh coat of paint throughout the home, new carpeting in the upstairs and purchasing new beds and bedding to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. As you enter the condo, you will notice a spacious great room with hardware flooring, a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. A spacious kitchen is next to the great room with enough room to prepare family meals or hang out if you are entertaining!. The sun filled dining room opens up to a bay view deck which is perfect for relaxing with your favorite book or enjoy a drink and watch the sunset! The second floor has 3 nice sized bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a hall bath and the master bedroom has its own bathroom with a sun deck! Each guest is assigned 2 parking spots so you can just park your car and walk to restaurants, shopping and your favorite watering holes! This condo is ready for your enjoyment! Cheers!

Ashley is a great host. Very responsive. The apartment has a great location and is walkable to many shops and restaurants. Nicely decorated and very clean. It can be a little loud on holiday weekends because of the bars and traffic. The beach on 21st St was closed (Memorial Day Weekend 2026) until they pull in tons of sand and fix the erosion from the winter. We highly recommend this apartment and will stay again.

This is a beautiful condo, outfitted perfectly for our weekend girls getaway. It was perfectly located with easy walks for coffee, lunch and the beach, so easy for a group of friends to move around on slightly different schedules.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay at Ashley‘s condo. This was our second time there. It is in the perfect location only a few short blocks from the beach and restaurants and shops. It’s very spacious and completely newly renovated and gorgeous! Will definitely stay again!

Great Condo/Great Location

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and very spacious and the location is fantastic. We barely used our car and could walk to the beach as well as lots of restaurants and shops. We loved staying in your amazing condo once again. The newly renovated kitchen looks amazing and everything is so tastefully decorated. A short and easy walk or bike to the beach and to Avalon’s Main Street for shopping and dining out. Thanks for sharing your place everything was fantastic!

great shore vacation

We had a great weeklong stay. The rental was even better than in the pictures- the owners did a great job decorating! It was immaculate when we arrived. Plenty of space for our family of four. Well appointed with extras. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

A local service set up the beach chairs and cabana umbrella each day and returned them in the late afternoon. We were very pleased with the accommodations of this condo. Family fun at the shore

This condo is located in a very centralized location. You are very close to all the shops, restaurants and bars. The walk to the beach is about 4 blocks. The interior designer did an excellent job decorating this condo. Great beach vibes with a fresh new look. Not much of a bay view. The host is very responsive.

Perfect condo in the heart of Avalon

Our family stayed here for 3 weeks. The condo was bright, cozy, and located in the heart of Avalon. Ashley was an exceptional host and readily available to answer any questions. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Its central location is walkable to the beach, restaurants, and boutiques. The photos on VRBO accurately reflect the condition of the condo. We will be back!
