Our two bedroom home has been completely updated with tile floors in kitchen, bathrooms and laminate flooring in the living ,dinning, and the large Arizona room. The kitchen has a new dishwasher, refrigerator and new tile counter tops. Dual pane windows throughout . The living area has a queen size sofa bed , 42" HD tv blue ray with net flicks and pandora.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, and ample closet space for snowbird renters. The master bath has a new HC walk in tub, granite counter top plus a large walk in shower with body jets. The second bedroom has a queen size bed it also has ample closet space for snowbirds renters. The second bath room has access from this bedroom and also from a hall from the living room. The laundry room has a super size washer and gas dryer plus an additional refrigerator.
The front covered porch has a comfortable seating area with views of the mountains. The rear area also has a covered porch with an outside dinning area. The private backyard has a gas Firepit, outdoor gas heater, gas BBQ, and a gas camp stove. There are several mature trees and many shrubs on the property which gives you the feeling of seclusion and privacy
There is a large covered carport plus ample parking for jet skis ATVs and Boats The close proximity to rotary park, ATV trails, shopping, Laughlin casinos, and golfing, with easy river access, dog park, ball fields, fishing, picnicking or taking long walks make this an ideal short term rental in the summer or your perfect choice for snowbird extended rental in the winter

Pass on this rental. Not until they do some work on property !!

It wasn't cleaned from the previous Renters. And was 94 degrees inside upon Check-in, 109 outside. We had to wait 31/2 hrs. to be "cleaned". But was still dirty and full of dust. The bed was NOT sleepable. The owner was to buy dinner for dirtiness but nope. I gOT a 6in gash on my arm from metal sticking out of the recliner, owner said "you can just beat the metal down." Master shower couldn't be used due to tile even after tile man there 51/2 hrs Wifi didnt work,the Blu-ray player didnt work, hide a bed unsleepable and had dirty sheets on it We had to move furniture across room to see TV,and the cobwebs Liv.room,bathrooms,a spider dropped next to my wife while cooking bathdoor handle broken off.All this was told to the owner who did nothing. For over 1800.00 I think we deserve some sort of refund! I would pass on this rental until they really go through that property. Maybe level out washing machine and an inside latch to that door. Or put the toilet paper dispenser on the wall to the left of toilet, not at a miserable angle behind user. Fix all door knobs so to kill that ease of access. Maybe check your dishes. Change cabinet hardware for ease of opening.

We are sorry that you encountered problems that you found unsatisfactory to you. I did offer to buy your dinner due to the home not being cleaned they said no, the house keeper was there within 15 minutes and had it cleaned in two hours. We personally checked on the bed in the master bedroom and found no problem with it. I was never told about a piece of metal sticking up on the chair and certainly would not have told anyone to “ beat it down”. I was told about a loose tile in the master shower and had a tile man repair it the next day. When told the wifi didn’t work I went to the house the same day , it was disconnected I connected and it worked fine. They had disconnected it again when the left. They never mentioned the Blu-ray . I was never told about the door handle on the bathroom door or it would have been fixed. It turns out that her husband was a “ handyman” and was looking for work and was disappointed I wouldn’t hire him. I was there several times responding to their requests. I offered to have a exterminator service come in and had scheduled a carpet cleaner to clean the carpets. I was told no. I then offered to refund their money for the balance of their stay ( two weeks )they again said no they then wanted to extend their stay and I refused We have never had a review like this on any of our properties and pride ourselves of being very responsive to our guest needs

The inside is nice and clean. The beds should be replaced, otherwise nice. Fully fenced yard with eucalyptus trees. A good place to stay if you are moving and waiting for your house to move in. It is one block from Rotary Park which is absolutely beautiful. The best dog park I have ever been to. It is next to the Colorado river.

Met our needs well.

We needed a place to live for a couple of months while moving from California to Arizona. This was a very comfortable home with everything you could need. All we took was our clothes, food, laptops and 2 small dogs and their creates. Loved being close to the park and river to take the dogs for a walk. It was great having a washer and dryer. Would recommend the 2 bedroom 2 bath home in Bullhead City to anybody looking for a vacation home.

Nice get away, private, safe

This property is fully fenced and even has a doggie dog, we loved having these two features. The place is a good size for the 4 of us and nicely decorated. The outdoor security lights were a plus. The owner was quick to answer our few questions. It is short walk to a park and the lake. The heater worked well. It would be nice to visit again in the summer to enjoy the outside more.

Comfortable And Cozy

This property was very clean. It had Direct TV that my husband enjoyed, a fenced in yard for our dog, a totally lit up property for safety at night. It was a pleasure doing laundry while we sat out in the back yard. Gary was very responsive when we heard a small leak under the trailer. Thank you for all the conveniences of home! All of your needs were met down to lovely soaps, creams, washing supplies etc. It was a wonderful time!

I relocated to the area with my family, and needed a place for us to stay while we found a home. This home has a very inviting atmosphere with all the amenities to have a comfortable stay. Outstanding Spot

Checking in was easy. Welcoming environment as you walk through the door. Super comfortable couch. Clean and great two bedrooms with bathrooms. Kitchen is great and easy to cook in. Nice BBQ in the back to enjoy. New fridge, dishwasher and pretty much all you need to cook a nice meal. Rotary Park is about 300 yards away. The river is just a five minute drive fro the front door. Super Comfortable. I highly recommend this place to small families.

Really really enjoyed our stay in this home. The home was very roomy, comfortable, clean and plenty of areas to sit and relax. The outside is so beautiful also. Such a great set up to enjoy family time and also be close to the water. There is a boat dock just a couple blocks away. We would definitely recommend this home 100%. Very enjoyable vacaion.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for 3 months and enjoyed it immensely. It had all the amenities of home, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything one would need. Location was great. Walking distance to rotary park and the boat launch. Close to shopping. We particularly liked the extra large fenced in yard for our dog. Very secure area. Lots of room for extra parking for your boat, RV, etc. The owners were very accomodating and easy to work with. We are definitely returning next year. Thanks for everything Gary and Dixie.

Nice two bedroom unit. King bed was very comfortable. Don't know about the other bed because we didn't use it. Very nice back yard with gas grill and fire pit. . . . however, we didn't get to use them because it rained most of the time we were there. Great location. Quiet neighborhood.
