The cathedral of San Giorgio is renowned for the beauty of its asymmetrical façade and the majestic dome. The apartment is located in Via Duomo, an ancient road that connects Piazza della Repubblica to Piazza Duomo, crossing a characteristic district full of churches, baroque palaces and alleys. It offers a great location for walking and reaching the walking area with shops, cafes, restaurants and monuments. Ragusa Ibla is only 15 km from Modica, 25 km from Scicli, 50 km from Noto and 25 km from the beaches of Marina di Ragusa.
At 23 km, there is the airport of Comiso and 26 Km away there are the golf courses of the Donnafugata Golf Resort & Spa.

Uncooperative weather

My stay at this property was only for one night. Unfortunately, a severe thunderstorm came through early evening and throughout the next morning. I did not get a chance to enjoy the room, but the location is a knockout. The woman who checked me in was absolutely delightful.

A couple who want to stay in the center (Piazza Duomo), in a noble palace, in an excellent panoramic position. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the city, without sacrificing comfort. It allows you to move on foot to visit the monuments and to have a walk to the shops and restaurants of the center.
It is not recommended for people with walking difficulties, as it is located on the second floor of a building without a lift.
