Cortijo Algabia is a spacious cottage, sunny and surrounded by greenery, just 10 km from the center of Granada. Here you will find peace and tranquility. Ideal to enjoy nature and outdoor space.

We offer a garden and pool with sundeck. We have two spacious and comfortable double rooms, each with bathroom and heating / air conditioning , a cozy living room with fireplace , TV and DVD player , radio / CD, equipped kitchen, free Wi- Fi, a terrace for private use and Free covered parking.

El Cortijo Algabia is a 15 minute drive from the center of Granada and close to a bus stop. We are 30 km from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada ( 50 minutes drive ) , 15 km from the Natural Park of Sierra Nevada ( 15 minutes drive ) and 60 km from the Costa Tropical ( 45 minutes drive ) . We are 800 meters from Campo de Golf Los Cosarios ( Gabias - Granada ) .

Loved our little cottage in Alhendin

We truly enjoyed our stay. Lali and her family were so helpful and the property was exactly what we had expected. It’s a lovely cottage in the country but only minutes from Granada. We also felt comfortable having other people on the property even though there was lovely privacy too. We hope to return one day.

Un endroit exceptionnel !

Un superbe endroit! Très bien situé pour rayonner autour de Grenade. Lali est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle et a été de très bon conseil pour les visites. La maison et les extérieurs sont juste parfaits. La piscine est nichée dans un écrin de verdure, magnifique ! Merci encore pour ce séjour.

Cortijillo de Algabia

El cortijillo is a charming oasis after visiting exciting Granada or other villages in Andalucia. It is calm and serene in the countryside with beautiful gardens, fruit trees and wildlife. The house was immaculate and the rooms larger than depicted in the photos. The delightful hosts, Lali and Cali, live next door and respect your privacy. They are incredibly knowledgable about Granada and the pueblos and towns in Andalucia. I highly recommend staying at Cortijillo de Algabia for a most delightful holiday.

Ideal para visitar Granada capital

El cortijo es espacioso, con dos cuartos de baño y una mesa grande para comer. Es ideal para una familia de cuatro personas. Muy limpio, camas cómodas, calefacción para los días de invierno. La cocina está bien equipada, variedad de cafeteras y sartenes. Menaje cuidado. Tienes todo tipo de información para rutas, excursiones y planos de la zona. La propietaria muy accesible. Nos dejó unos bizcochos para desayunar el primer día que nos vinieron de perlas y también huevos de las gallinas. Nos ha encantado. Muy recomendable

Accueil chaleureux...

Un accueil bienveillant et en français. Une hôtesse à l'écoute du moindre besoin, discrète... Dans le logement on se sent chez soi. Pour notre périple construit (Malaga, Grenade, Cordoue, Séville, Cadiz, Ronda, ...) nous avons eu de bons conseils dans les contacts d'avant et pendant des petits conseils quant à un parking, des lieux de restauration, des horaires de pointe, ... C'est une adresse que nous retenons pour un éventuel séjour ultérieur et que nous recommandons pour qui veut visiter cette magnifique région, l’Andalousie. Cordialement. Pierre

c'est un cadre exceptionnel : maison de charme, tonnelle , piscine , garage à l'ombre. idéalement placé pour se rendre dans le centre de Grenade ( 15 minutes s'il n'y a pas de bouchons) et moins d'une heure pour la mer !! C'est la seconde année que nous passons quelques jours dans ce qui est devenu notre "gîte préféré" : calme, nature, confort, bon goût, grande piscine, accueil chaleureux... tout est réuni pour profiter au mieux des vacances et des environs de Grenade. A recommander vivement!

Idéalement située, cette maison au milieu des oliviers est très agréable

Un accueil de qualité adapté à nos exigences d'horaires, des petits gâteaux faits maison, des oeufs frais, de l'huile d'olive maison et une corbeille de fruits. La maison est parfaitement équipée et confortable. Elle est située dans un village avec un accès très facile pour GRENAD La propreté est irréprochable tant au niveau des locaux que du linge mis à la disposition des vacanciers. La terrasse est bien ombragée. La piscine est très agréable. Merci Lali et son mari (qui parle très bien français) pour cet agréable séjour dans ce petit paradis.

Wonderful location, great value, relaxing location, and a fantastic host

We were very pleased to spend some days at this nice property during our visit to Granada. While a bit out of town (about 14km), and a bit hard to initially locate, we were rewarded by the nicely furnished property located on a small farm. We had fresh eggs and fruit when we arrived! Very cool. Lali, our host was very helpful and gave us an in-depth introduction to the sights in the area. The pool on the property is a nice plus but really after spending a bunch of days in cities, our our trip, waking up to a rooster crowing and a relaxed atmosphere was wonderful. We have to return here and spend more time. I will say that even with the well laid out directions to the place, we got lost, but Lali was able to connect with us and guide us there. Furthermore, she was very communicative and helpful as we got close to our date. Bottom line for us is that it was so nice to be out of the city in this nice location. We hope to return in the future.

Lovely country location near Granada

This cottage was a great place to explore Granada. Close enough, yet quiet and in the countryside. The home is beautifully furnished. It was a little too cool to be able to use the outdoor space, but it was nice to be surrounded by a garden and fruit trees. The owner was very helpful answering questions, but also respected our privacy. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellente Unterkunft in nächter Nähe zu Granada

Wir, vier Personen inkl. zwei Kinder(10 & 12), waren im Herbst 2016 für eine Woche in Alhendin. Das Haus ist perfekt geschnitten und bietet mit den zwei Bädern genug Platz für eine ganze Familie. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Empfang und die Betreuung waren sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich gleich "wie Zuhause". Das Haus befindet sich auf einem großen und wunderbar eingebetteten Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen nebst schöner Terrasse in einem Nachbarort von Granada. Um die vielen "Inserdertips" der Vermieter abzuarbeiten benötigt man allerdings mindesten zwei Wochen - Profis für Sightseeing, Wandern, Mountainbiking usw.. Alles in allem eine perfekte Lokalität für alle, die neben der Alhambra auch den Rest der lokalen Highlights kennenlernen möchten. Nur zu empfehlen!

Gîte très agréable, à recommander vivement.

Un grand merci à Lali et Cali pour leur accueil chaleureux, amical et gourmand par les pâtisseries et la corbeille de fruits de bienvenue. Leurs informations et explications sur les sites à visiter ont été d'un grand bénéfice pour notre séjour, sans compter les plans et brochures touristique à notre disposition. Le gîte est parfaitement conforme au descriptif du site. Il convient tout à fait pour se reposer sous la terrasse ombragée ou à la piscine. L'intérieur est spacieux, très propre, aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Malgré la proximité de leur habitation, ils se sont montrés très discret mais à l'écoute pour toute demande. La situation géographique proche de Grenade est un atout non négligeable. La visite de l'Alhambra inoubliable, le quartier historique de Grenade (plutôt en soirée pour l'ambiance et la chaleur moins excessive), la Siérra Névada, le village Troglodyte à Guadix, la plage de Motril... Ne pas oublier le spectacle de Flamenco "Le Chien Andalou". Nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir de notre séjour au Cortijo Algabia. Brigitte et Claude / Bretagne

Parfait pour visiter GRENADE

Nous avons passé 3 jours en famille chez Lali et Cali. L'accueil était parfait : gâteaux et fruits à l'arrivée. Merci également à Cali pour ses explications en français sur Grenade et à Lali pour le livret avec tous les conseils. La maison est très bien équipée avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains ! Notre séjour était même trop court.

merveilleux gîte!

Gîte tout simplement parfait, qui offre tranquillité campagnarde et grand confort, tout près de Grenade! Les conseils de nos hôtes ont été précieux et leur souci d'offrir un hébergement meublé avec goût et qualité se ressent partout. La piscine était super, grande et extrêmement propre. Nous n'avons qu'un souhait : revenir dès que possible pour nous y reposer et continuer notre exploration de Grenade et de ses environs... Un grand merci à Lali et Cali pour leur accueil! Belle maison aux portes de Grenade

Agréable maison pour 4 personnes, très confortable et très propre, bien équipée et décorée avec goût. La piscine partagée avec les propriétaires est parfaite pour récupérer après les visites sous la chaleur. Les chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain/WC sont confortables et propres. La terrasse sous la tonnelle permet de prendre le petit déjeuner et les repas. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et donnent de bons conseils pour visiter Grenade et les environs. Environnement calme. Grenade accessible en 10/15 minutes en voiture. Une location à recommander

Perfect for visiting Granada ans surrounding area

The house is just as described. It is located next to the owner's home in a large property, about 15 mns away from Granada (a car is required). It is furnished with taste in the Andalusia style and has all required facilities, except maybe an oven, but it would not fit in the small kitchen anyway. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, unusual for a house of that size, and everything is in perfect condition. The owners gave us useful information before and during the trip without ever being intrusive, and we appreciated the fruit basket when we arrived, that's a nice gesture. The location is great, either to visit Granada and the Alhambra, or to go to the mountains, as it is close to the highways. It is also very quiet. We did not use the terrasse or the pool since we were there in winter, but this must be very pleasant in the summer. When we head back to the Granada area, we'll definitely stay there again. Séjour à Grenade

The description fits very well at home. Very clean and very quiet area. Very comfortable bed (because often the beds are average). The owner gave me useful advice I needed (you also have available a workbook inside the house with all of the recommendations). It also helped me to change our rental car. I recommend this property is ideally located 15 minutes from downtown pomegranate. On our 03 weeks in Spain, this is the best rental we had. Lali thank you again for their hospitality and kindness.

Location parfaite pour visiter Grenade

Facile à trouver le gîte est tout proche de Grenade (à 15 minutes du centre ville en voiture) et se situe dans un cadre très agréable. Un accueil sympathique de Lali, la propriétaire, qui nous a fournit de nombreux renseignements afin d' aborder cette belle ville de Grenade. Le logement est impeccable et il est décoré avec goût dans le style Andalou. Il est conforme à la description. Nous avons payé notre réservation en ligne et effectué le paiement du solde la veille de notre arrivée. Il y a deux places de parking couvertes, un un grand jardin. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.
