This newly renovated 1964 mid-century home boasts incredible west-facing mountain views on the golf course of the Indian Canyon Country Club. All bedrooms and living areas face the pool, spa, garden and mountains with glass walls or sliders yet the master and pool/spa remain completely private. Meticulously designed to bring the inside out and outside in, it is one of the finest examples of Palm Springs architecture in the exclusive Indian Canyons neighborhood in south Palm Springs (out of the winds). Three bedrooms and three full new baths (two en suite) make this the perfect setting for friends and/or family gatherings. Mountains to the west and a beautiful lighted fountain along glass interior courtyard to the east.

Perfect for entertaining, this is our second home and it is fully furnished for holidays or quiet weekends away. The stunning, crystal blue pool now includes a tanning shelf and landscaping affords the views yet maintains privacy. The "floating" outdoor dining table for 8 sits under an amazing lighted pine along with new built-in outdoor gas grill and chiller for your beverages.

Beautiful new heated saltwater pool and spa. All linens are top quality and brand new. Professional property concierge available should any issues or questions arise.

New Sony flat screen, wall-mounted TVs in every bedroom with cable including Netflix plus large TV in living area (with DVR). Whole-house audio, as well.

For its unique and impressive design, the home has been featured twice during Palm Springs Modernism Week: in 2017, for the Garden Tour and on the 2019 Home Tour.

Wonderful Vacation Home

The home is in immaculate condition, and is beautifully furnished and decorated. The home location has amazing mountain views, situated in a quiet neighborhood that is close to fine restaurants, a grocery store, and the two beautiful public golf courses at Indian Canyons Country Club. We enjoyed the pool/spa (very clean) and a nice grilling area (which we used to cook lunch and dinner for a couple of the days during our stay). Woody (our host) was very detailed, accessible and accommodating, which enabled us to make the most of our stay.

This property is perfectly nestled in the heart of the very quiet Indian Canyons neighborhood. The layout is perfect for being able to either spread out (if you are a remote working couple) or entertain guests - 3 bedrooms, each with a full bath. The outside space is large with separate siting and dining “nooks” apart from the pool area - the view of the mountains is spectacular. Added bonus - two road bikes to use to pedal around town.

This is a lovely home with a stunning view. Pool and yard are spectacular. Three beautiful bedrooms with private baths make this perfect for the three couples. Highly recommend.

Best Palm Springs rental yet!

My family and I have traveled to Palm Springs each year for the past 5 years, and this is our favorite home yet! It is better than the photos - the art, attention to detail, and location of the property are beyond what can be captured online. It was perfect for a long-term stay; plenty of room to spread out, fully-stocked kitchen, laundry, Smart TV options, etc. We really enjoyed the citrus trees for fresh grapefruit and lemons. The backyard is very private despite being on the golf course. Neighborhood is extremely quiet, which was great for us. Beautiful area to walk, and there are hiking trails nearby. Our only feedback would be to add a fire pit if possible due to the cool desert nighttime temps. Otherwise, this home is PERFECT. We will be back.

Mid-Century Modern Paradise

Fabulous house. Most importantly, it is clean and well-organized. On top of that, everything is new and tastefully done. There are many fun design elements, all thought out to the smallest detail. Even the garage holds a delightful surprise. Beds and furnishings are comfortable and good-quality. The landscaping is award-worthy and environmentally responsible. Can't oversell how pleasant this house is. Just book it.

Mid Century Heaven in Palm Springs

We absolutely LOVED our stay in Palm Springs. The house was very clean, updated, and decorated with absolute perfection. We loved taking in all the design details. The furniture, art, and accessories were fantastic. The pool and patio were the best place to hang out all day and enjoy the sun and heat. We are already thinking about when we can get back to visit. It is a perfect place for a family, a girls get away, or a great vacation for three couples. It had everything we needed and more!

Relaxing in Luxury

What a lovely place to call home for a week! The house was amazing and all the little details really made it special. Nice linens, fresh grapefruits & lemons and a warm, well kept pool, what more can you ask for? The design was impeccable but we all still felt extremely comfortable. The garden & pool are the perfect place to relax, play in the pool, or read a book. I really appreciated the manual to the house which answered pretty much any question we had and gave very simple instructions for everything. We will definitely be back!

Just about perfect

My family stayed here in March 2017. The house is well located in a quiet neighborhood next to the Indian Canyons Golf Club. It is beautiful, modern, comfortable, and spotless. It is also very well equipped with everything you need to enjoy the home as if it was yours. The outdoor area around the pool is particularly nice. The pool and spa are great and the mountain views are exactly as they appear in the photos. We remarked almost daily about what a great job the designers of this renovation did. The owner was very responsive and attentive. We give it our highest recommendation. Would certainly stay here again on a future trip to PS.

Magical

This home is MAGICAL on multiple levels. The furnishings are luscious and the view overlooking the mountains at Sunset is movie worthy. Thoughtful and high end amenities abound. When you stay here you feel fancy and special. Very attentive owner. All is well curated but extremely relaxing; a mid century vibe with a present day edge. We laughed and smiled all weekend. Loved it.

Spectacular in every way!

This property is gorgeous inside and out. The house is beautifully decorated (as indicated by the pictures), new and spotless. The space gives a good feeling and is extremely light (the entire back-pool facing is entirely glass) and spacious. Honestly, I could come up with anything that wasn't perfect. Every amenity (bikes etc.) you could think of is available. Having said that, the outdoor area is the real star. The view is 100% amazing with the mountains at your fingertips. The pool and patio layout and furnishings is top of the line. The host/owner was wonderful in every way. I would come back here in a heartbeat. (I'm thinking I shouldn't put a good review because I want it available whenever I could go.)
