Tucked quietly away in one of Palm Springs' most desirable neighborhoods, Twin Palms, this stunning midcentury boasts spectacular views of Mt. San Jacinto and the Santa Rosa Mountains.

Inside, a chic entry opens to a fabulously designed living room where guests can enjoy the 65 inch flat screen TV or snuggle by the fireplace under floor-to-ceiling views of the pool and mountains. Adjacent, a period-piece dining set, rolling mini-bar, breakfast bar, lunch nook, and gourmet kitchen complete with high-end stainless-steel appliances including wall-mounted oven and five-burner gas range. This large, open kitchen also has floor-to-ceiling views and direct access from the pool courtyard.

Just down the corridor through double doors, the home's south wing boasts an enormous primary suite where the west-facing wall is almost all glass, again taking advantage of magnificent mountain views and allowing for access to the pool courtyard. This tranquil alcove has a plush king bed, huge walk-in closet, 55 inch flat screen TV, and an en-suite. In the bath there is a water closet, two sinks along a lengthy vanity, a large glass walk-in shower with two shower heads, and of course, more views from an enormous shower-window.

Back across the entry and through the great room, the north wing of the home presents another gorgeous king-suite with large closets, 55 inch flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom, and private patio access. Then, along the home's eastern wall are two more adorably decorated guest bedrooms, one King bed and one Queen bed, closets, and one of the guest bedrooms has a sliding glass door access to a quiet patio. Across the hall from the guest rooms there's yet another full bath with a bathtub that the guest rooms share.

Outside, the backyard leaves nothing to be desired. Privately enclosed with a wall of ficus, a crystal-blue pool (15ft x 32ft) and spa sparkles under breath-taking 120 degree views of the surrounding mountains. An outdoor dining area, complete with stainless steel gas grill and a large dining table, awaits the next family BBQ, and several tanning chaises beckon guests next to the pool. Then there is a fabulous custom-built fire-pit and cozy lounge seating. This is Palm Springs outdoor living at its best!

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 8 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**This house requires both a $1500 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $99. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you, however, you are responsible for any overages.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is not pet-friendly. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.

Great Neighborhood
This was our 11th annual Palm Springs stay. The neighborhood was classic mid century modern and fun to walk. Also, a manageable short drive to downtown. The house was clean, well appointed and worked well for our family with 2 young children. We had a few episodes with the hot tub heat, but the management group was quick to resolve it. We would love to return next year.

Beautifully maintained house, well suited to our group of three couples, very well stocked kitchen in a truly iconic Palm Springs neighbourhood. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had and both check in and check out accommodated our needs. The information binder was comprehensive and very informative. We had a great stay, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub that were both kept at an ideal temperature.

Amazing Weekend!
I honestly cannot say enough great things about our weekend in Palm Springs and staying at Iconic Twin Palms. It is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood but so close to everything. The house is beautiful inside and out. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and baths and the beds were so comfortable! The pool area is gorgeous for afternoon swimming or evening cocktails by the fire table. Great communication with the management team before our stay. First time in Palm Springs but definitely won’t be our last and I would absolutely book this home again!

Lovely home, lovely neighborhood
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house - we had a few problems with the property that were dealt with immediately. We would definitely stay there again.
