The dining area offers seating for six with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, large flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and overlooks Destin. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the north balcony. The sea view is spectacular! The apartment is spacious and the amenities were great.

Best family vacation ever

The room could not have been any better. I was concerned about long waits for the elevator since we were on the 14th floor. The longest wait was never more than a few seconds. Love this place and we will be back next year.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We stayed at this property for spring break and found the accommodations to be perfect for 3 couples and 2 children. We all had our own space, yet had plenty of room to gather. The beach was beautiful and although we were disappointed that we had to take the trip or lose our money due to COVID - 19 (we had requested they work with us to find an alternative date at the same rate), the property provided us a safe place to vacation between the property and the beach. Unfortunately, we did not get the full Destin experience. We spent our entire time between the two places and were fortunate to have such a great property to stay in with the situation at hand. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy what we could and would love to return to the same property in the future.

Holidays on the Coast

Silver Beach is the perfect Destin location. Easy access to 98 with a light at the entrance. Walk to beach shops, fun parks, beach service, restaurants, etc. Key/fob safety for garage, entrances & beach. Front desk service was very nice. Condo is laid out nicely and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Only issues needing to be addressed by owners are the couches are totally uncomfortable. Cushions have no form left and very uncomfortable. Dinning table chair cushions have no pad and you sink into the middle. The linens are very stiff. I washed the towels so they would be softer. Over all I will rent this location again & again.

Great condo and location but

The location and condo were great but I was disappointed that we were only provided 3 garbage bags and 2 dishwasher tabs for 6 people and a full week rental. When I called to get 2 more of each I was told to go to the store and buy my own. That is crazy in my mind - wasteful and cheap. Just a simple thing to offer - I honestly don’t understand.

Happy Days at Destin

Excellent condo with nice furnishings! I really enjoyed the tile floors throughout , easier to keep clean . I really was pleasantly impressed with the whole condo . I would highly recommend this property to anyone ! Great vacation!

Exceptional Stay

We were so pleased with our stay in this unit. It comfortably accommodated 2 families! The furnishings were in wonderful condition and the unit was well stocked with kitchen nessecities. The security of the building and parking lot was a pleasant surprise! We will be staying here again!

We stayed with another family with kids. There was plenty of room for the kids to run around. The kitchen was fully stocked, was surprised they even had oyster shuckers! Would highly recommend and stay here again. The view from the huge balcony is breath-taking!
