The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the expansive, wrap-around, furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinets, Corian countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room is centrally located in the condo complete with a full-size GE washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom also has a king bed, a TV, and private access to the north balcony. The third guest bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and private access to the north balcony. Just steps from the second guest bedroom, third guest bedroom, and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for our two families(10 total). Plenty of kitchen tools and utensils. Quick elevators. The location was great, with everything close by. Beautiful beaches and crystal clear water.

The condo was the perfect size for our family of 10. The pools are amazing! There was very minimal waiting for the elevators and the security of the premises was great. Key fob usage can get a tiny bit annoying but the overall feeling of security FAR out ways it! Would definitely stay at the property again!

Great Condo, Tons of Space, Absolutely Awesome Location and Views!

If you are on the fence about booking this condo just do it! No crazy elevator waits, easy to get in and out of off of the main drag, very centrally located, super clean, huge balcony, awesome view, and very cool layout if you are vacationing with other couples! Everyone had their nice own space, including our baby! Rental management was very responsive and helpful every time we had questions. Pool had plenty of chairs and space. Parking was easy and right out front of the building. It was just fantastic! Thank you so much!

Great condo and AMAZING beach

This was a great condo. The only reason I didnā€™t go with all 5 stars is I STRONGLY suggest replacing bedroom carpet. Worn and felt dirty. Also not being picky but coffee filters, salt & pepper would have been great. If these issues were fixed we would totally book 805E again.

Great property for large family vacation

We had 8 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The property was clean and the view of the ocean was incredible. It was quiet as thereā€™s only 3 room in the section we were at. Elevator waits times were basically zero. The only negative was renting chairs. It was a hassle and thereā€™s 3 rows so watching young kids from the third row was impossible. We tried to book them weeks in advance to get front row and you couldnā€™t. You had to go out every morning at 11am to try to get moved up. There were tons of chairs not being used but you still couldnā€™t use them. Seems silly to me but other than this small issue we had a great time and I doubt the property manager has any control over this.

A Blissful Retreat for the Ultimate Holiday Experience

My family and I spent our Christmas holiday at Silver Beach Towers. The property is even more beautiful in person than in photos, and it's clear the management takes great pride in maintaining it. From the pristine grounds to the beach, everything is exceptionally clean and well-kept.Pros:Security: Top-notch, providing peace of mind throughout our stay.Cleanliness: Immaculate, with attention to detail evident everywhere.Comfort: Plush beds, ceiling fans in every room, and an ample supply of high-quality towels, washcloths, and extra blankets.Kitchen: Well-equipped, with elegant dishes and flatware (though a funnel was missing).In-Unit Laundry: Convenient and well-maintained.Decor: Inviting, homey, and cozy.Ocean View: The ocean view from the primary suite and common areas is breathtakingly beautiful and serene.Balcony Space: The balcony space off each bedroom and the common area offered a wonderful opportunity to embrace the fresh air, creating a serene retreat where we could relax, recharge, and connect with nature.The accommodation provides a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, and shower gel, which is great for getting started, but if you're staying for a longer time, you might want to bring a little extra. Overall, our stay at Silver Beach Towers was absolutely wonderful, and weā€™d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfy beach retreat. Weā€™re already looking forward to coming back!

Awesome Condo! Beach Rules Not Clear

The condo was great. Plently of space, clean rooms, big kitchen area, and awesome views. The pools, hottubs, and easy beach access were a big plus. The master bedroom shares the gulf facing balcony, which made for beautiful mornings. Also, the master bath jacuzzi tub was an awesome amenity. Would definitely stay again despite...(rant incoming) The beach rules that were not clarified on the vrbo listing nor the property website. Specifically, the property did not allow personal tents, sun shades, or umbrellas on their stretch of beach. Instead daily rental of their umbrellas ($25.00 per umbrella per day) was the only way to have shade on the beach. Their explanation was "liability" in the event a personal umbrella, tent, etc. were to get blown loose and hit someone...curiously this restriction did not apply to personal beach chairs. As a result, an additional $75.00/day was necessary to ensure our young children had sufficient shade on the beach. I understand the convenience this rental service provides for those without beach gear. But for families stocked with all the beach necessities, like mine, it's frustrating to haul these items all the way to the beach entry gate just to be refused their use and forced to spend more money on things already on hand...(rant over) According to the proprietor of the rental service, this restriction is implemented on most of the privately operated beach sections in Destin. Lesson learned for next time.

Silver Beach Towers Luxury

We have been coming to Destin now for 20 years and have stayed in homes, condos, and hotels. Our favorite is Silver Beach Towers. It has a perfect beach, privacy, and is near everything. Accommodations are luxurious and the staff extremely easy to contact and work with. This group of condos are slightly higher priced than some but more than make up for it in location and accommodations. We will be back next year
