The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher whilst there is a communal washroom in the basement of the building, with a washing machine and tumble dryer.



The master bedroom in this Lake Maggiore apartment has a large double bed and ensuite bathroom whilst the other two bedrooms both have twin beds. These can be pushed together in the second bedroom if required to form a large double. Both the ensuite bathroom and family bathroom are equipped with shower, bidet, sink and toilet.



Outside, this Lake Maggiore apartment has a private terrace with table and chairs and views of the surrounding hills.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and private terrace. It also has shared use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi with the other residents staying at the apartments.



The Neighborhood:

Maccagno is a popular lakeside town boasting a number of restaurants, bars and cafes all within walking distance of the apartment. The nearest restaurant is on site whilst the second closest is just a few metres in the other direction.



There is also a helpful tourist information office within the town if you need any information about what to see and do in the area.



This 3 bedroom Lake Maggiore apartment is also situated just across from a lakeside beach area which is popular with the locals. The lake is wonderful to swim in and there are platforms cleverly positioned in the lake which you can swim out to.



For the sporty amongst you, there are tennis courts just a few minutes walk away as well as a water sports centre where you can hire canoes, pedalos and boats. You can also hire bikes on site. Both e-bikes and traditional bicycles are available.



Getting Around:

Since this 3 bedroom Lake Maggiore apartment is within walking distance of the boat stop, a car is not essential although having one will allow you to explore more of the area. It is possible to get from Milan Malpensa airport to the village by train or by taxi.



Other Things to Note:

This 3 bedroom Lake Maggiore apartment is one of very few 3 bedroom apartments in this enormously popular lakeside complex. The apartment is a short walk from a supermarket, cafes, bars and restaurants, You can even walk along the lakeside to the boat stop where you can catch a boat to all the other towns and villages on the lake.



Since this Lake Maggiore apartment is within walking distance of the boat stop, a car is not essential although having one will potentially allow you to explore more of the area. For those that do hire a car, the property has allocated parking in an underground car park.
