Ile de Porquerolles, in the Var, 400m from the village and 1.5km from the beaches, surrounded by nature, especially quiet, beautiful recent villa with a large garden of 10,000 m2 and large terraces, not far from the beaches, cliffs and wood, ideally situated for superb walks on the island, on foot or by bicycle.

A deposit of € 800 (€ 600 = furniture; € 200 = cleaning) is required upon arrival.



It consists of two single-storey apartments (one for 8 to 10 people, apartment one and another for 4 people, apartment two), habitable together or separately. The two living rooms communicate and are separated by 2 acoustic doors. Thus it is possible to rent one of the two apartments or the entire villa if neither of the two apartments is already rented.

A deposit of 800 euros is required: 600 euros for furniture and 200 euros for cleaning. Cleaning is optional, i.e. 95 euros for house 1 and 70 euros for house 2.

Four-room apartment for eight people (expandable to ten), with large terrace and garden layout. Composed of a living room, three bedrooms, a separate fitted kitchen, a bathroom and an outdoor shower.



A deposit of 800 euros is required: 600 euros for furniture and 200 euros for cleaning. Cleaning is optional, i.e. 95 euros for house 1.



Villa Les Pêchers, Appt. 2

Small apartment on two levels, comprising on the ground floor a living room, a small bedroom and a separate fitted kitchen. Below a bathroom, a shower room, a separate toilet and two laundry and storage areas.




A deposit of 800 euros is required: 600 euros for furniture and 200 euros for cleaning. Cleaning is optional, i.e. 70 euros for house 2.
