This property is amazing!! The location is perfect and the condo had everything we needed to have a comfortable, fun, and worry free vacation!! This beautiful condo had all the amenities we needed, and best of all was perched right over the beach. While sipping our coffee in the mornings we regularly saw dolphins breaching the water far out on their morning hunt. We loved it!

The view was spectacular, it changes everything to wake up and go to sleep with an ocean view. The only complaint is that the beds were uncomfortable. We had to take the pillow toppers off of the bed because there was no support and you completely sunk in. We would totally stay here again though. Great property.

We wanted to be ocean front this year and really loved the views from this unit! Our only feedback is that the main living room tv was hard to figure out and we couldn’t access the main channels from it. I like to watch news shows in the morning. I watched from the master bedroom tv. Also the kitchen could use some better cooking pans. We also couldn’t find the remote to the bedroomTv. Not deal breakers but just some minor details that could be fixed for the amount people are paying to stay here. Overall, we loved our stay! Always a great time at Cinnamon Beach!

Private beach, pristine, lush, and un-crowded! Neighborhood is beautiful too, great people, clubhouse restaurant great selection, pools are gorgeous. The residents are welcoming and kind. I want to move there!

The property was beautiful, as advertised. We loved the view of the ocean - so close & so convenient to access. The balcony was also a great place to watch the occasional thunderstorm. The furniture was comfortable, although the primary bed might need replacing soon. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a couple issues but they were resolved promptly and we appreciated that. One thing that couldn’t be resolved quickly was the outage of the lone elevator on check out day at check out time. We had to haul everything - including all the baby gear - down 6 flights in order to check out on time. Despite this obvious issue, there were 3 men at the door almost exactly at 10:00 to ensure we were checking out on time. My one last mention is that the stinginess with the TP, no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash was in strange contrast to the otherwise luxurious feel to the place. Weird. Although we were told we might need to bring these things ourselves, I was still surprised. I’ve never stayed at any other VRBO or Hotel in recent years where most of these things were not provided in some form. Hmmm.

Perfectly updated

This was one of the nicest VRBO properties in which we have ever stayed. Its clean and uodated and very well decorated- even decorated for Easter! We have been to Cinnamon Beach and Hammock Dunes at least five times. Being on the top floor was clutch and if you don’t splurge or need a house on the beach, this property should be your choice. The ocean has a lot of rocks which you see during low tide. You find out the hard way if you don't know that they are there but since we have been several times we were aware. The local authorities really need to do something about that. It could literally kill someone. One note to the owner: the shower head in the master bathroom sucks. We all used the smaller bathroom to shower (4 of us), which was highly inconvenient but I didnt ding my rating over it.

The beds and pillows were all very comfortable. The resort was very well maintained and the kids just loved the pool. The rocks were a little hard to get used to as we are from NC and our beaches don’t really have those. We only wished we could stay longer because four days wasn’t enough! The kitchen could use a little bit more in terms of general use things. My husband is an avid coffee drinker and the only thing available was a Keurig. We would have brought our drip maker if we had known. We have small children and would have been a little less nervous if there were more kid-friendly tableware options. But I did go and get paper products and plastic cups so it was all good! Thank you for opening your home to us!

Nice getaway

The condo was perfect for us with 3 rooms and clean. The zero entry pool with splash pad was great for the kids and where we spent a lot of our time. The rocks along the shore made for a not so swim friendly beach for us, but we enjoyed watching the fish swim around. The beach was perfect for evening play for the kids. There's not much to do in the area aside from pool and beach, but for this vacation that's exactly what I was looking for!
