Professionally managed by Casago First Coast. Second-floor condo in a gated oceanfront resort with golf course and ocean views from the veranda. The resort brings two heated pools, three hot tubs, a splash pad, a sauna, cabanas and loungers, a poolside bar, a kids game room, and a clubhouse with billiards. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided in-unit. No pets.

The Space

This condo sleeps 6 with golf course and ocean views from the private veranda. The primary suite has its own soaking tub and separate shower — a rare find at this resort. This unit does not allow pets.

The open living, dining, and kitchen area is built for entertaining, with granite countertops and a fully stocked kitchen. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided, and the beach is a short walk away. The resort adds two heated pools, three hot tubs, a splash pad, a sauna, cabanas and loungers, a poolside bar, a kids game room, and a clubhouse with billiards and a big-screen TV, all inside a gated, elevator-access building.

Amazing and peaceful

We had such an amazing time during our stay here. The surroundings were beautiful and so many fun things to do close by. The beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed there! Definitely will book with them again next time we come.

Cinnamon Beach - Excellent Property

Cinnamon Beach Condo

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and for the 5 of us perfectly on our quick trip to Palm Coast.Everything was perfect (except for the ice maker that “knocked” every time it was making ice)…but that was minor. Great location to the community amenities as well as the beach!

By far the softest beds I have ever slept on at any rental home! The owners are quick to respond and even left a special treat at check in! You can’t go wrong renting this condo on the beach!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay, clean, stocked, and several super sweet touches. The entrance into the neighborhood was my favorite... beautiful road with gorgeous native trees. We had never been in this area of Florida. It was nice and calm. We recommend and would definitely come back to stay here again.

We will be back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this Cinnamon Beach condo. The two pools and easy beach access were wonderful. The kids also enjoyed the splash pad. The communication with the owners was so easy -- and they made us feel right at home. My wife and I are already making plans for our family to stay here again!

Quality Property in Great Location

The property was clean, spacious with upgraded amenities and furnishings. The check-in process was easy and the owners communicated at every step of the process. They really took the time to make the place feel comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely book this location again.
