If the arrival time is not suitable, the guests must communicate in advance their preferred time of check-in to the house owner. Likewise, in the event of travel delays, it is necessary to inform and notify the host immediately. You are welcome to come between 8:00 to 19:00 in the evening. At the other check-in time, a surcharge of at least 50% of the current price per night and a maximum of 100% of the price for one night applies for arrival and departure times. This always depends on the specific reservation and mutual agreement but must be negotiated before the guest's arrival.
