The apartment is located in the historic center, in the medieval area of Ferrara. District full of shops, bars, restaurants ... but not only! Also of history and culture. All accessible within walking distance.

Furnished with extreme taste, refinement and rustic style, its peculiarities, shared with the condominiums, are: the internal garden, where you can enjoy some moments of relaxation and the beautiful outbuilding equipped with a long wooden table, a comfortable sink and wood-burning oven.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-story building.
It can comfortably accommodate 5 people and a baby with a special bed.

The city tax of 1.50 euros per night per person and the security deposit of 150 euros will be collected in cash upon arrival.
The security deposit following an inspection will be returned upon check out.

It is divided into:
Kitchen. Equipped with kitchen utensils, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and wine glasses.
Living room. A double sofa bed, a single sofa bed, television.
Bedroom. Double bed and wardrobe.
* Baby bed available with linen
Bathroom. Bath with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.
Other services available. Two fans, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Parking is not included but you can park for free in the surrounding streets: via Scandiana, via Carlo Mayer and via Cisterna del Follo.
Two bicycles can be used to rent the city to enjoy the city.

All identity documents of the residents must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.
