- 3 adult rooms with double bed (3 times 2 beds), each with a private bathroom and ensuite, with basin and walk-in shower.
- 1 bedroom with two double bunk beds (sleeps 4 adults, teenagers or children), next to which is a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
- a children's room with two bunk beds and a pull-out bed (sleeps 5), next to which is a bathroom with bath and basin.
And an independent game room, which includes a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a TV.

Beyond sleeping, the apartment has a beautiful living room of over 100m², overlooking the valley, the resort of La Plagne, the sunset, which includes:
- an equipped American kitchen, dishwasher and all the necessary equipment
- TV area with sofa and small armchairs
- a dining room with table for 16 people
- living room with sofa and several armchairs
This set opens onto a large terrace, which adjoins the swimming pool of the residence.

The entrance, at the street level, includes an independent ski room, a heating cabinet for 20 pairs of shoes, a suspended storage rack for skis, which leads through a staircase to a large hall with many coat doors.

Finally two covered car parks are available in the residence, accessible by a staircase (one floor).
