The villa is south-facing with the heated swimming pool on the south side of the villa on the ground floor level. Around the pool is a spacious terrace with sun loungers. There is also a covered terrace by the pool. The swimming pool area is closed off with walls and fencing from the rest of the site. At the level of the swimming pool, there is a jeu-de-boules track outside the fencing.
