Loft A of The District Lofts in the Heart of Ogden

This property is everything and then some. You will not find a better place to stay in Ogden. This property has just finished a multi year renovation and has every upgrade and amenity you could want. Located in the Junction district of Ogden,.. Immediate walking distance to theaters, restaurants, entertainment, museums and so much more. You are literally minutes from the mountain trail networks of the Wasatch Front, 3 ski resorts and the world class outdoor mecca that Ogden is. This is the best of both worlds for location.

You enter to a large open kitchen and family space with a dining area, desk, and seating in front of the cable tv. There is access to a balcony overlooking Washington Blvd, a great place to sip coffee in the morning or enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets.

A wide hallway leads past the full second bath with a tub/shower and single modern vanity. You will find the entrance to the second bedroom on your right, it features a queen bed with soft linens and memory foam mattresses. A full closet provides all the storage you will need for your stay.

The master suite is the last stop, a king bed with luxurious bedding is ready and waiting. Relax in front of the tv, lay in bed and look at the stars through the skylight, or just slip away to sleep. A full bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity is attached as well as a walk-in closet. You will also find a stacked washer and dryer in it’s own closet adjacent to the bathroom.

This loft is a mix of old and new, 100+ year old wood floors, brick walls, and wood ceiling. Gently highlighted with track lighting, new heating and cooling, a modern granite kitchen, tile floors in the bathrooms with sleek glass shower enclosures, and simple furnishings. We hope you find our place to be an experience that adds to your travels and becomes, not just a place to stay, but a memory.

We were in Ogden for a hockey event and found the location perfect for getting to and from the arena. Well situated to many amenties. Property very clean and easy to use. Great Place in Downtown Ogden!

A great, stylish place in downtown Ogden. Within a couple of blocks of several very good restaurants, very close (5 minutes by car) to hiking trails, and about 40 minutes to two ski areas (Snow Basin, Powder Mountain). A town bus stops right on the same block as the unit - it takes you right to the ski slopes.

We’ve stayed at many different hotels and short term rentals in the Ogden area and this is definitely our new favorite place! We loved the thoughtful renovation of the historic building, and the super convenient location. We also really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and all of the plentiful amenities, paper goods, toiletries, etc. We visit family often in this area and we will definitely be returning to this rental again!

We booked this for a ski trip to Utah and could not be happier with the experience. It is walking distance to theatres, restaurants, activities and shopping and an easy short drive to Snow Basin and Powder Mountain. The place is new, super clean and tastefully decorated. It was very quiet inside even though it is on a bustling street. We will definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

This condo is in such a convenient location, and is walkable to lots of things. Being right in town, there was some road noise, but that’s to be expected. The renovation of this old building is really cool, and it was fun to read about it in the hosts’s notebook. We had a minor issue when we arrived, which was resolved immediately. The host was great and responded to any questions very quickly. We’d definitely stay here again!

The property itself is very well done. The updated look and overall feel to it is well worth the value. It has a great location. It is centralized with local shopping and restaurants less than a block away. I would highly recommend staying here. The Larsens were very accommodating during our week stay. I came up here for work and requested a later check out so I wouldn't lose the food I had purchased or miss time at work. They accommodated me with no hesitation and I greatly appreciated it. Overall the owners are great just like their property. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect loft, great location

We needed a place within walking distance of the convention center and also wanted something with urban "vibes." The District Loft unit A was perfect. The owners have done an excellent renovation of a commercial building into living spaces. The layout was very efficient with lots of storage space. Loved the kitchen; everything a gourmet cook could want although we didn't end up cooking much because there were several restaurants on 25th and nearby that we wanted to try. Would highly recommend the District Lofts to anyone wanting a location in downtown Ogden. Don't be put off by Social Axe being downstairs because they are moving out at the end of May.

Super comfortable and well stocked!

An 11 night stay is a long time but this condo felt like home. Super cool reno of an old building is a great place to stay. We’ll stocked kitchen if you want to cook but walkable to restaurants if you don’t. Very clean and has everything you need. Private off street parking was a big plus!

Nicer than the pics

The detailed description for parking and the ease of checking in, off to a great start. The photos do not do this Loft justice - very nice inside. Location was walking distance to Historic 25th street and a quick ride to skiing and hiking. We appreciated the history provided in the book of details. WIll definitely repeat on a future stay in Ogden!
