My flat has a unique decor which provides a good atmosphere that will make you feel at home and enjoy an incredible experience in Madrid!

The living room is cute and cosy and with finishing touches like the colourful cushions that match the sofas which create a space that invites you to kick back and relax. Take a rest on the sofa or sit on one of the two quirky armchairs and watch the flat screen, 80 channels cable TV or discuss the highlights of your day in Madrid.
The sofa is a double sofa bed, so you can rest and enjoy a good night's sleep.

In the open-plan kitchen, you have all the appliances you need during your stay - including an oven, microwave, toaster, juicer and dishwasher! There is a Nespresso machine to wake you up in the morning with a quality cup of coffee! Also, here you will find the washing machine, so you can wash all of your clothes during your stay. There is a dining table with a bench and three chairs so you can enjoy meals together, the tropical touches featured on the wallpaper and the palm tree makes this area unique!

In the master bedroom, get a wonderful night's rest on the super comfortable double bed with fresh luxury linens, an outstanding mattress and the best quality pillows. This room has trendy decor and plenty of natural light that enters through the big window!

The second bedroom has a chic and welcoming design and also benefits from natural light. There is a big wardrobe so you can start unpacking your luggage and feel right at home!
Freshen up in the bathroom to start your day! Enjoy a morning shower and get yourself ready for a day in the city. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided!

Wonderful apartment

We had very convenient access to Gran Via, shopping and multiple restaurants minutes away. Comfortable and spacious accommodations. And, there is an elevator if you pack like me!

Highly recommend

The property is in a very unique building with an old- fashioned but reliable elevator. The unit is spacious and comfortable and the beds are super comfortable. The kitchen could use a decent frying pan and casserole dish but overall we had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. The location was excellent and the owner was wonderful about arranging for us to be met at the airport. We were two couples and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision to stay there.

Central, quiet and beautifully decorated

The apartment is just 5 minutes walk from Callao and Gran Via. Yet, it is in a quiet street. It is well kept and the host was very responsive and helpful. Highly Recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying in this stunning Madrid flat, and it was an experience I'll cherish. Right from the start, the unique decor struck a chord, creating an atmosphere that felt both exotic and homely. The living room, with its vibrant cushions and comfortable sofas, was the perfect spot to unwind, catch up on some TV, or reminisce about our Madrid adventures. The open-plan kitchen was a dream for us. Equipped with everything from an oven to a Nespresso machine, it had all we needed and more. The tropical-themed dining area, complete with a palm tree, added a special touch to our meal times. Sleeping in the master bedroom was like being in a luxury hotel – the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room bathed in natural light. The second bedroom, equally chic and cozy, made us feel right at home with its ample wardrobe space. Having two bathrooms was a game-changer, especially when getting ready in the mornings. Both were well-stocked with fluffy towels and quality toiletries, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The cleanliness and professional upkeep of the property were evident, making our stay hassle-free and enjoyable. The host and their colleague Milli were fantastic – welcoming, helpful, and always available for any queries. The location of this apartment is a true highlight. Why they chose this property

The building is located in Calle del Desengaño, which is a small and quiet street just behind the most central part of Gran Via. A past famous pas resident of Calle Desengaño is the Spanish painter Goya, who lived in number 1 between 1779-1800. Our building was built in 1870 with a typical Spanish decor. There is a lift to the third floor, but there are additional few steps to climb to the reach the apartment. The flat is fully renovated, decorated to the last detail, and fully equipped!
