Very clean, convenient location, apartment was even nicer than expected from the photos, great communication from host, well-stocked - even provided a bag of ice in the freezer (much appreciated and first time I’ve ever experienced that in a rental in Europe).

Great location near Plaza de Sol on a pedestrian only street with a one block walk from the nearest drop off by taxi. Apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. It’s quiet, large and fully equipped. Two bedrooms have attached bathrooms. Our visit was in the summer and the AC units cool the common areas and one bedroom but the other two bedrooms stay very warm.

Great location and very big space. Lots of restaurants and shops very close by. Walking distance ( 15 minutes) to all the major museums. Lots of people on the streets at all times. The unit was quite inside but the front bedroom did have street noise at night. Air conditioning worked well but the bigger two bedrooms don’t have a separate air conditioning unit just a ceiling fan. Still were comfortable sleeping. Some minor maintenance issues— middle bedroom door handle sticking and hard to get out. Kitchen was adequate for simple breakfasts and happy hour. I wish they had a pot in which to brew tea— electric kettle works well. Lots of guide books and DVD’s. Clothes washer worked well for small volume loads. Both street door and apartment door took some effort to learn how to get in. Management not available via messaging on app during the weekends except for emergencies. The apartment is three flights of stairs up so be aware of that. Overall, it is a good place and in a great location. We would stay there again.

Great location. Located on the 2nd floor so pack light as our luggage was a struggle.

We were in Madrid for almost 2 weeks. The location of the apartment was great. Many places to shop close by.

The place was in a great location. We had an issue with insects but the host was very responsive and immediately took care of the problem. Small repair needed in the bathroom ceiling, otherwise place is great and just as it is described.

This apartment is exceptionally spacious and is good for those who need 3 bedrooms and baths. Best of all is the location in Sol neighborhood only a few steps from Metro stops in pedestrian district.

Wonderful place

We had a great vacation! This apartment offered what we needed to make our stay in Madrid enjoyable. Everything was walkable and really in the heart of Sol. The apartment had everything we needed, a great kitchen dining area, and living area as well. I would love to stay in this place again the next time I visit Madrid!!!

The location is ideal to explore all corners of the city. The So neighborhood is bustling night and day and the beds are fair as far as comfort-notIdeal for light sleepers . The place itself is ok but would definitely benefit from a refresh of the decor and kitchen items. The check in process is problematic but Vanessa was responsive and super helpful. 3.5/5 stars

Great Location

We had a fantastic time and this was the best location! We could walk everywhere. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 (myself, husband, and our two girls, ages 19 & 20). There was some street noise that you could hear at night from the front bedroom, but we were able to adapt to it! Would definitely stay here again!
