Quaint White House with character, garden, and garage
This quaint little house is perfect for an author or artist who would like peace and quiet in a typically French village. The house has a large garden located across the street about 20 meters away where you can relax or write. Over 200 years old, the house is cute, quirky and has character!
The village of Saint-Christophe-du-Luat is quiet and situated only 6 km from Evron where there is a mainline train station and all facilities including a number of large grocery stores.
The house is cosy and compact with a farmhouse atmosphere. The furnishings are simple, yet comfortable.
Well equipped kitchen and dining areas on the ground floor with comfortable bedroom and seating area upstairs. The shower and the wash basin are located downstairs while the toilet occupies the landing between the ground and first floors.
Fibre has just been installed which provides incredible internet speeds for the working professional.
Dogs are welcome (extra charge of €20 per stay).

We (Michael and Carol) are cousins and business partners working together in our holiday rentals enterprise (salthouseproperties.com) with properties in northern France and central Italy. Michael is based in Canada and the United States but travels frequently to Europe. Carol is based in France and travels regularly.
