About this property

Family house with swimming pool at the gates of Bordeaux

Large house of 250 m² completely renovated in 2018 with large garden of 3000 m² and swimming pool.
Our house is composed of 5 bedrooms, a large living room, a small TV lounge, a large kitchen dining room, two bathrooms, two toilets, a games area.
For exteriors, you will find a large south-facing terrace with pergola, a large heated swimming pool of 9m x 4m secured by a tarpaulin and a barrier, a cabin for children with swing and slide and a parking area that can accommodate 6 cars.
We can provide you with all the equipment necessary for a young child: travel cot, high chair, games.
Finally we will be delighted to leave you books and magazines on the region as well as our good addresses!

Our house is located in the village of Latresne, at the gates of Bordeaux and the entre-deux-mers. We are 20 minutes by car from the center of Bordeaux, 15 minutes from Saint Jean train station, 30 minutes from Bordeaux Mérignac airport. You can stroll in the vineyards of the Entre Deux Mers from the house or go for a bike ride on the Roger Lapebie greenway which links Bordeaux to the Entre-Deux-Mers and passes close to the house.

The village of Latresne is very family friendly, you will find there a very friendly Sunday market on Sunday morning and very good shops in the center of the town.
