For those who love natural stone and wood, this charming house, which can accommodate up to 10 people, is located right beside the Médoc. Situated in a tree-lined and calm area, surrounded by a large forest and lake for numerous walks, this charming stone house is located 15 minutes from Bordeaux and 30 minutes from the coast.

To welcome you to the Bordeaux region and begin your wine tasting, a bottle of SIRIUS de la Maison SICHEL Bordeaux wine will be offered upon your arrival (for a stay of at least 5 nights).

- Large living room of 40m² with a charming stone chimney, lounge with corner sofa, DVD/USB reader, laptop computer, film collection and amplified sound system (jack socket to plug an mp3 player, phone or tablet to listen to music).

- Kitchen (and adjacent cellar) with dishwasher, microwave, halogen cooking hobs, oven, fridge freezer, high chair, Senseo coffee machine, etc.

- Laundry room with a sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, household cleaning products, etc.

- 5 bedrooms, with cupboards, wardrobes and amplified sound systems with jack sockets; each bedroom has its own style:
"Celeste" bedroom: 20m² master bedroom full of charm, on the first floor with a roof window, air conditioning, a 160cm wide double bed, wide screen TV, dressing room, shower room, toilet.
"Baroque" bedroom: spacious 18m² bedroom, combining elegance and charm. On the ground floor, with a bay window looking over the balcony and garden. A double (140cm wide) bed, a desk and wide screen TV.
"Romance" bedroom: a very cosy romantic bedroom. It overlooks the garden, with a 140cm wide bed and a small dressing table.
"Nature" bedroom: a swing seat, and a large French window overlooking the courtyard. It has a double (140cm wide) bed.
"Yesteryears" bedroom: warm colours and an old-world charm. With a large French window overlooking the courtyard, this room is furnished with two single beds (90cm wide) and a small school desk.
Three child’s folding beds are also available.

House Rules

- Housework before leaving:
We ask the guests to respect the cleanliness of the premises. Housework cost is not mentioned to avoid unnecessary extra cost for the guests. You can decide to either clean the premises yourself and leave them as you found them upon arrival (housework products supplied) OR let us know in advance if you prefer a professional cleaner at an extra cost of 100€ paid upon arrival.

Essentials:
Bath mats, tea towels, hand towels, napkins are provided. Sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases can be supplied at an extra cost of 10€ per bed (to be specified upon booking). For hygiene reasons, the use of sheets is compulsory.
Towels can be provided with an extra cost of 3 € per person


- Maximum capacity: 10 guests

- Documentation:
A rental contract is prepared between both parties. This contract will be sent to you several days before arrival.
An inventory of both the house and fixtures will be carried out upon your arrival and departure, and signed by both parties.


General rules:
Not suitable for pets.
No smoking inside the house.
Before vacating the house, close all the doors and the gate by key, switch off the lights and air conditioning.
The house is to be used only by those guests declared at the time of booking. You may not, under any circumstances, accommodate a number of guests higher than that declared upon booking.
The costs are automatically calculated by the site based on dates and number of travelers. If you want to change the number of guests after your reservation, please let us know and regularize it in your request on the web site Airbnb.
Guests should use the house as residential accommodation. They should live peacefully and respect the basic rules of good neighbourliness.
The house may not be used to host either private or paying parties.

Insurance:
The guest who made the booking is responsible for any damage that they cause.

All these rules constitute the rental contract. By confirming your booking on the Airbnb website, you accept and agree to respect the rules listed above which constitute the rental contract. Non-compliance with these rules will be considered a breach of contract and will result in a declaration to Airbnb with a possible deduction from the deposit.
