Heated swimming pool (May to October), secured with a rigid curtain and a built-in jacuzzi (blower).

- 1st bedroom with 1 King Size bed (180 x 200) opening onto a bathroom with 2 showers, 2 sinks and 1 toilet.
- 2nd bedroom with 1 bunk bed (120 x 190), 1 desk and 1 sofa bed (100 x 180).
- 3rd bedroom with 1 single bunk bed (90 x 190) and 1 toddler bed (90 x 160) and 2 desks.
- 2nd bathroom with 3 sinks, 1 bath, 1 shower, 1 toilet.

On the 2nd floor: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 bathrooms.
- 4th bedroom with 1 Queen Size bed (140 x 190)
- 5th bedroom with 1 sofa that converts into a comfortable Queen Size bed (140 x 190), opening onto an outdoor terrace with a view of the rooftops of Bordeaux and the vegetation.
- 6th bedroom "dormitory" with 4 bunk beds (90 x 190).
- 3rd bathroom bathroom with 1 sink and 1 shower.

This property is a gem. In a quiet area just between the train station and the centre of town it is spacious and very comfortable. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive. We had the most wonderful stay and feel privileged they lent us their beautiful home.
