A cosy cottage with all mod cons and everything needed is supplied. Kitchen and Bathrooms are very good. Position is very convenient for beach, eateries, buses and walks. Downsides are we found the sofa very uncomfortable and the garden and rear of the property are in need of some TLC.
Lovely property in a great location for lots of doggy walks on the beach

A lovely stay in Repton Cottage
Repton cottage was a lovely homely place and served my purpose well. I'm living away from my home of Norfolk at the moment and this cottage was a great location to see all my family.

Our 2nd stay at this lovely cottage
We have just returned from our 2nd stay at Repton Cottage. It was all exactly as we remembered it from our last visit - perfectly located for beach, good walks, local ammenities etc and clean, cosy, quiet & well equipped. Definitely one of the best holiday cottages we've stayed in. We had a lovely week & look forward to returning again - hopefully before too long!

Lovely location recommend to friends can’t wait return hoping weather will be warmer tho fantastic places to eat and walks along the beach
Property was immaculate and generally up to expectations. What it lacked was comfortable chairs in the lounge - this has been highlighted be a number of previous visitors and for the older generation, is a must!

A home from home.
Second visit to this cottage it's perfect for friends and dogs!! Girls and dog only this time what a blessing to have 2 bathrooms . The amenities are first class and it's immaculately clean. Highly recommended.
Very good location in village 15 minutes from the coast
Nice cottage, very clean and tidy and nice to have two bathrooms. The cottage is situated in a quiet area with a two minute walk to local shop which seems to sell everything you need. A twenty minute walk takes you to the coast.

Lovely cottage
Repton cottage is situated in a great position for exploring this area. On a lovely quiet unmade road.
Fully equipped with everything you need.
For us the mattress is far too soft and the sofa uncomfortablely hard.
Generally clean on first impression but could do with a deep clean on some areas

Clean, tidy & well equipped, cosy cottage.
The cottage was warm & cosy, clean, tidy & well equipped & well furnished. It was located down a quiet road, convenient for shops, pub etc and only a short walk from the beach & some excellent walks. Garden was well enclosed and safe for our dog. We enjoyed making use of the garden furniture & sitting outside on sunny mornings.
A great base for exploring the North Norfolk coast. We're looking forward to returning next year.

Beware the building work next door
My 3rd visit to this cottage cosy and well equipped. Near the beach great food in the village pub. However the house next door is undergoing a complete renovation lots of banging and drilling from 7/8 am each morning. The noise and dust made it impossible to sit in the garden. As I understand it this project will take months.

Thank you for your feedback and we can only apologise for our neighbours building works over which we had no prior knowledge or control. We have now reached out to them and ask that they show more consideration to the neighbours, to which they have agreed and apologised for any inconvenience this may of caused you during your stay.

Family Holidsy
This was our second time of staying at Repton cottage .the facilities were excellent for our family . The only drawback was the very loose toilet seat in the downstairs shower room. We found the television a little restrictive of programs. The cottage was well placed for the beach and an excellent walk to the Beeston Bump and Sherringham. We would recommend this property to our friends and family.

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
Not as peaceful as we had hoped.
Set on an unmade private road, the cottage did fulfil its description. Sadly, the cleaning was sub-par with only really surface cleaning completed, dust and cobwebs obvious and the state of the handrail on the stairs was highly unpleasant. (It was much cleaner when we left than when we arrived). It is not the owner's fault that both neighbours had building work going on or that the road was dug up, blocking the access, for gas works...but is did rather damage the peace we had needed after a charity marathon walk. The location gave access to the joys of North Norfolk and is very convenient for all it has to offer. The garden is entirely secure which was very much appreciated. Parking in the area is very limited so don't even consider taking two cars if a mixed group of adults. Also, only one set of keys so very difficult for our mixed age group (50-86) to split up to meet our various interests and needs.
We had a very happy holiday with our daughter and grandchildren. The accommodation was very comfortable every thing you needed was provided. The only drawback was the dangerous step into the bathroom we all fell down it at least once.a slope fitted could help we had a lovely stay and would return in the future.
A lovely cottage close to everything in West Runton - tea shop, pub, takeaway and beach. Lovely small enclosed garden for dogs and alfresco dining. Would thoroughly recommend and would love to stay again

Perfect for a break on The north Norfolk Coast
The house was clean and well furnished and stocked. Good location. Easy to get bus or train into Sheringham or Cromer. Comfortable. Would have appreciated beach chairs but that's minor.
Would use again
