Positives, Good Location, nice welcome pack
Negatives car space small [just able to fit a Honda Jazz] access tight. Not able to use courtyard unless you wanted to sit looking at bins, your car and a drain. Every indoor surface covered in nic- nacks not to our taste, bed small tight for someone over 6ft and squeeky frame, 2nd double very small
My family and I were extremely impressed with the property. The owners had gone the extra mile to ensure that we had everything we needed for our stay. Including a lovely welcome pack and toiletries such as disposable razors and toothbrushs incase they were needed. A great property in a very good location.
It was lovely on Christmas Eve to walk into a cosy welcoming cottage with a Christmas sparkle and welcoming gifts on the table. So many extras around the place and wonderfully equipped. The perfect home from home. Thank-you so much Audrey and Rob.

Outstanding
What a truly amazing place. This is a beautiful, homely place to stay and relax. The decor is lovely and all the extra touches are delightful and make the place special.
The baskets of goodies left were great and much appreciated.
We have never stayed in such a well equipped place in terms of utensils, toiletries, towels etc plus flavoured tea, jams in the fridge and coffee for the cafetiere.
We have stayed in lots of place and this is definitely the best.
Thank you for the attention to detail in all areas and for making our family new year so memorable.
My husband and I hope to return.

Fabulous place to stay in Cromer
What a wonderful cottage. Audrey had a lovely welcome pack waiting with lots of goodies. We didn’t want for anything as the cottage was so well equipped. We felt so comfortable like home from home. The cottage is a stones throw from the beach and all the amenities of Cromer. We caught the train to sherringham one of the days the station was a 5 minute walk away. Lots of lovely villages to explore nearby. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cottage and hope to be back again one day. Thank you Audrey and Rob.

Lovely property
Had a lovely stay. The property is lovely and within walking distance of the beach and a Morrison's just around the corner. The owners left us the basics bread, butter, milk and some nice treats and some snacks for my grandchildren which was a lovely surprise. We would definitely stay again. Overall we had a great holiday in a lovely cottage

Absolutely lovely!
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Cromer and staying in this wonderful house. A lot of care and attention had been put into this holiday home, all your needs have been catered for, it was very comfortable and cosy and was very well equipped. We felt at home the minute we walked in! We were met by the owner who showed us where everything was and how the TV etc. worked and all the very useful instruction manuals (a lot of holiday homes do not provide these and yet they’re extremely useful.) The house is conveniently situated very near to all the shops, cafes, restaurants, beaches, you don’t really need to use your car once you’re there unless you want to explore Norfolk, which we did, and again it was lovely and tranquil. The only thing we would point out, is the parking is tight and a large vehicle would have a lot of difficulty. Other than that, it was perfect and we had a lovely two week stay and hope one day to return.

Charming
Thank you...This was a lovely house to stay in. Near shops and 5 mins walk to beach or town. 15 mins walk to amazonite zoo. This house had everything and more. Treats left for the children and the adults so no need to shop as soon as we landed. We were lucky as the weather was hot and sunny all week. We had a17 month old with us and a child safety gate to the kitchen would have been useful but as argos just up the road we bought one .we had lovely walks on cliff top through woods to the lighthouse and the small park up there was delightful. Caught the bus just around the corner into sherringham lovely place then took the steam train to hogwarts....... I mean holt. Watch times though as station in Holt is 1.5 miles from town so you need to allow time to get back...There is a lovely old fashioned bus that takes you there though. All in all a lovely time had.....great friendly peopLe down there as well

Ian and family
Thankyou for a lovely holiday. The house itself was lovely with many little extra touches by the owners including a very nice welcome pack. Everything you needed was catered for. Kids loved the attic room where they had there own television. The house is located with everything on the doorstep which meant we hardly used the car. We recommend this holiday to all and hopefully will be back. 😊😊😊😊

Excellent Cottage
A lovely cottage that was clean, well-maintained and very well stocked with everything we could need. An ideal location as everything was in walking distance - the beach, entertainment, restaurants, shops etc. - and with Morrisons almost on the doorstep. Other amenities also close by such as the Amazona Zoo, great for big kids and little kids alike! We had a lovely week.

Great holiday home, great location. Great holiday.
We know the Cromer area well and knew that the location of the property would be perfect for our needs. Very handy for the supermarket, shops and beach just a very short walk away - ideal. We found Chesterfield Villa to be very well furnished, decorated and equipped. We lacked for nothing and the welcome pack containing all sorts of good stuff was appreciated and enjoyed. We knew there was parking for only a single car at the property but we actually had two vehicles in our party. We were always able to find on street free parking for the other car without difficulty. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Chesterfield Villas.

Wonderful cottage
Sorry had such a busy Summer just got round to reviewing such a wonderful cottage. The cottage was situated in a brilliant location, it was very clean and had some lovely touches like the scrumptious basket of goodies which we all enjoyed. The basket of bread etc was a lovely suprise too. It's such a cosy place and we felt really pleased when the weather was good to us. We also recommend the No 1 fish shop it's worth standing in the queue. Fantastic Home from home
We have just got back from a wonderful week in Cromer. Chesterfield Villas was a perfect location for all amenities and for a great family stay. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. Rob and Audrey have been very helpful with everything and we were made to feel very welcome. The baskets of croissants and muffins were a lovely welcome! We would definitely recommend and look forward to going back next year. Adam and Cathy Cook.

Great house and fantastic location
What a fantastic place. A beautiful house full of welcoming touches, goodie basket of sweets for the children and bread, cheese, milk and preserves on arrival. Within walking distance of the beach, zoo and town centre. My son loved the Pizza place and ice cream kiosk. We would recommend The Garden Street Grill for lovely home cooked food. We only used the car once all week to travel a bit further afield. Everything we needed, nice and clean and homely feeling. The children loved the attic room, especially having it's own TV and mini fridge. We have already recommended this place to family and are planning on visiting again next year. A massive thank you to Audrey and Rob.
