Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. If you’re looking for a real home away from home for you and your family, the recently refurbished The Avoncliffe is a great option. The living area, with its reclining chairs and leather sofas, makes a great space for relaxing with the family. Cook up a storm in the designer kitchen, which is equipped with all the appliances a keen chef is likely to need. Make the most of long summer evenings by stepping out from the living room onto the balcony, where you can soak up views across the Bournemouth coastline.

Very comfortable property with everything needed for a relaxing break. The sea is only a few steps away and there is plenty of walking along the promenade. The very friendly owner was on hand to show us around and explain how everything worked. Visited in January with mother who can’t walk too far, but as the surrounding area is quite flat was ideal for her to have a wander. Would like to visit again to further investigate the local area.

What a gem, the accommodation is exactly as shown plenty of room and a fantastic balcony with a great view. Had a great walk along the beach to Bournemouth with plenty of places to stop for refreshments. Phil is a lovely chap and would definitely go back again.

Spotless and very well equipped apartment. Really good size for 4 adults, heaps of storage space too. Owner even left milk in the fridge for us. Very warm in the flat so would be just as lovely out of season. Southbourne has some lovely restaurants. Off-road parking for 2 cars was handy. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The Avoncliffe was the best apartment we have ever stayed in. Well equipped and very clean. The attention to detail was amazing and Phil the owner made sure we had a very comfortable holiday. The views from the balcony in the evening when the sun sets are stunning. Will definitely go to The Avoncliffe again. We tried to book it for the same week next year but unfortunately it was already taken.

We really enjoyed our stay in Avoncliffe. The apartment was perfect for 3 or 4 adults and a (just crawling) baby and Philip, the owner was friendly and helpful without ever being obtrusive. It was a perfect location for walking down to the lovely quiet Southbourne beach, and visiting Boscombe pier, the more touristy attractions of Bournemouth and the pretty town of Christchurch. We will definitely return.
