We have had a fantastic stay, the beach was so close. Good walking area. The bungalow was very spacious and very clean. There was a welcome packet of mixed biscuits. Our family were going to join us but couldn’t . Maybe another time. The garden was big and well kept.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed your holiday so much and would love to welcome you again to stay. Regards, Bournecoast Holiday Agents.
Really nice location, clean and basic. The house is in need of some modernisation and only has 1 toilet. No way can 8 people say there perfect for just one family.

Hi Lia, thank you for your review and feedback. We agree that this accommodation is in a lovely location and we are pleased to hear you found it was really clean. The property is popular because of it's location and has been priced in relation to this as well as the furnishings and equipment provided. It is good to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you again in the future. We will pass on your helpful comments to the owner of the property. Regards, Bournecoast Holiday Agents.
The property was clean and tidy with a large garden. The kitchen was well equipped and had all the necessary amenities. Our main reservation was that the only toilet was separate from the bathroom and had no wash basin. We found the property ideal for two, but have reservations about how 8 people would cope, especially with one bathroom and toilet. The location is excellent, being only 5 minutes from Avon Beach, and 10 minutes from shops and a pub. The property made an ideal base for visiting the many attractions in the area.

Thank you for your detailed review, Peter! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the clean, tidy property and well-equipped kitchen, as well as the large garden and excellent location close to Avon Beach and local amenities. We appreciate your feedback about the bathroom setup and will let the owner know. It's great to know the property worked well as a base for your stay, and we hope to welcome you back again! Bournecoast Holidays 😊
We very much enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. We were there for a week. It was spacious and clean and had a well equipped kitchen. There were extra outdoor chairs and beach screens etc in the shed.
There is a small Co-op store very close by. Sainsbury's is about a mile away.
The beach is a short walk away and we visited every day. Avon beach is clean, sandy and sheltered. There are some good, non-tacky, outlets by the beach.
We could have done with a mop to clean the kitchen floor.

A very comfortable seaside stay.
A warm and comfortable house. Good kitchen with plenty of equipment. Spacious garden and lots of natural light. Ideal for exploring the coast, going further afield by car or bus and great walks in the New Forest. Nearby Mudeford Quay and Christchurch are gems. The house is very comfortable for 6 though the sofa bed in the lounge can be used as well. Good shops nearby and plenty of close restaurants to choose from too. We really enjoyed our stay in this house and the opportunity to explore an area that was new to us.

Great for children, near the beach, big garden
We took our family, two children and my elderly mother in August. It was great, an easy level walk to the beach.
The kids loved crab fishing at Mudeford Quay and playing in the large garden. The let is clean, tidy and modern inside. We will be back !
