Fistral View, 3 Cribbar is an ultra-modern and incredibly bright apartment with impressive views of Fistral Beach and Newquay Golf Course. An extremely spacious decked sun terrace is furnished with a six seat dining table plus the living area enjoys the sunshine all day. This is the perfect location as an alternative to the beach or to enjoy a drink watching the incredible sunset.



For those looking to brush up on their surfing skills, the legendary Fistral Beach is just yards away and offers some of the best surfing conditions in the world, whilst the on-site surf school offers lessons for those looking to learn how to surf. A surf wash down area and storage for surf equipment make it easy for those wanting to get actively involved in Newquay’s surfing culture.



If the waves don’t appeal, there’s still plenty to keep you amused in Newquay. Adrenaline junkies should head to the Lusty Glaze Adventure Centre where activities on offer include rock abseiling, coasteering and rock climbing. Those looking to relax and take in the beauty of the rugged coast should explore the nearby Gannel Estuary, an unspoilt oasis ideal for fishing, bird watching and picnicking.

Family holiday

We have not long got home from a brilliant family holiday, staying at this beautiful apartment. The location is perfect, within easy reach of town and the amenities as well a few minutes walk to Fistral Beach. The apartment was well equipped for our stay and comfortable for the four of us. The apartment was spotlessly clean and it was lovely to receive a little welcome tray of teas and coffees, and biscuits. It was like home from home but with an amazing view. The decking area was a huge bonus but could really do with a comfortable sofa to lounge on or sun beds to make the absolute most of such a large area. It was lovely to eat outdoors at the dining table and chairs. We will definitely return and would highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent position on the headland and the deck was huge. We loved sitting on the deck watching the waves. Only downside is that a lot of the flat needs a bit of replacing and a lot of items very tired looking but we would book again as we are renting for the position of the flat. Great position overlooking Fistral beach Marvellous terrace with lots of room Felt not really good quality furnishings eg rugs were shabby drawers in bedroom damaged on top couple of mugs chipped . When stripped bedding quilts were very tired looking As regards cleaning baking trays were dirty and needed washing prior to use there was items in freezer from previous guests Maybe would have expected more for price payed . We got a last minute deal on 3 Cribbar so it cost us just under £600 for 7 nights in the October half term. The property is in the most beautiful location, with stunning views of Fistral Beach. The property was clean and tidy although on closer look there were areas that could have been cleaner (the en-suite shower cubicle for example). The kitchen was clean and well equipped, although the fridge door was broken so kept popping open. The sofas had seen better days but for the amount of time we spent there, they were fine. The dining table and chairs were very wobbly and unstable and the outdoor furniture on the terrace was falling to pieces. The double bed was reasonably comfy but was also broken so wasn't level. Overall the apartment is lovely and big, very quiet, the 2 showers were amazingly powerful and the views alone mean we would return but we would've been very disappointed had we paid the expensive May half term and Summer holiday prices, due to the old, tatty furniture.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at the apartment.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at the apartment. The views are breathtaking. It was wonderful to wake in the mornings with the views across the golf course and beach. The terrace was an amazing space to relax with a cup of tea or glass of wine and just people watch. The apartment was beautifully presented by Martha. Thank you so very much Martha. The parking is good and lift access. There are restaurants within minutes walk in particular The Fish House. Amazing food but but you have to book. The Headland Hotel is excellent. We left reluctantly and sooo hope to return. We can’t wait to make a reservation.
